Nice location near Hyde Park. Some food choices within walking distance. Hotel seems aged but still decent for this price point in London

The hotel is right next to Hyde Park in the heart of central London..walking distance to the tube and bus stop for easy reach to the city. The room is large and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking but there is are meters near the hotel entrance for a short visit. The only drawback is breakfast but acceptable.

Fabulous location - close to multiple tube stations, wide range of eating options in walking distance. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Rooms were larger than expected and well equipped (especially for charging devices and hanging clothes). Bathroom was function with hot, strong water pressure. Breakfast was average - good selection of pastries, breads, spreads, cold meats and yoghurt however hot food wasn’t to our liking (hash browns and hot chocolate would have been nice).

When I checked into the room, the bed was not made!!! The rubbish bin was filled with trash and there was a used dirty towel in the bathroom!!! I was appalled! The on-duty manager was helpful and offered me another room.

The handsome Pakistani brother at the front desk was very patient. He gave me a detailed introduction to the matters needing attention and enthusiastically called me to ask how I was living. I was very touched. The London Star Tour was very good.

Great location, right across from Kensington Gardens. There's a supermarket right outside where you can grab essentials like toothpaste, fruit, milk, or a newspaper. The area feels very safe. Even though the room was a bit small, I slept really well.

The room is about 18 square meters, which is quite spacious for London, and easily accommodates two large suitcases. The location is convenient, close to the subway station. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are right downstairs, making for a very comfortable stay.

We visited the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday, but the restaurant was very quiet - only two other tables had customers. The setup, furniture, and everything else in the restaurant was well kept and looked quite pretty.
We were slow to be served, and the waitress failed to make me feel comfortable. My date and I had planned to only get a main at this restaurant and go elsewhere for dessert, but the waitress offered us starters anyway because of the time our burgers would take to cook - this surprised me considering we were only 1 of 3 customers in the whole restaurant!
The food arrived in good time and was of average presentation, and slightly above average on flavour. Considering the price tag, we were expecting a lot more all round.
They seemed very reluctant to give us the bill. Then when we eventually received it, we discovered that a service charge was already included at over 12%! We were not impressed by this at all as we felt the waitress had not deserved that amount, and it was not advertised anywhere beforehand that the charge would be automatically added.
We went to the adjoining bar afterwards, but the bartender was so rude and disinterested that we left without ordering anything.

Brilliant service and food. We had the tasting board, it was very good and big enough for two. But make sure you save space for the desert, some really good pasteries.

Most waiting staff were really nice, the food flavoursome. Worth the £16 (incl.) cost as a visitor..I try it instead of the usual joints..not disappointed.

REALLY NEED TO AVOID. Bad food, especially the roast duck specialty, rude staffs who want to kick you out and ripe off another customer. Shame on you Four Seasons! How bad can a restaurant get? They dont like little babies too. Donate your money to a homeless person instead spending money here. It is so bad and disgusting. I gave it a five stars on purpose so people can read this review. i want to give it a no star if i could.

Very average Chinese. Looks reasonably plush, service was quick and friendly unfortunately the food was distinctly average. Certainly not horrible, but dishes I had were a bit tasteless.

I love roast duck and crispy pork. A waiter has a good service mind. Beware of bloody expensive still mineral water.

The chicken dish was the worst dish which had very little meat and was chewy however having said that the rest of their dishes was good and better than most places..
we had the whole duck boned which was very good.
Over all a good experience... don't expect amazing service as it seems like most old school places, it's not something they focus highly on.
