We had a great stay here , the rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was good value for money it was well cooked, presented , hot and well stocked . Maria was welcoming and helpful at breakfast and Jan was great fun in the evening in the bar and restaurant.

Checked in last night briefly went to room 5 for quick wash a get changed and back out again. When I was in I heard running water and thought a tap was running. Nothing, just the sound of water behind the toilet of which the front looked disheveled and had been damp a number of times. Thought nothing of it and went out. Came back to room at 9pm and the noise still there same as all night and right to when I left this morning. Not a wink of sleep, reported to front desk on checkout.Took videos with sound to pass onto the relevant people. Breakfast was a good choice but only luke warm. Bar/Dining area was tastefully decorated, these Hotels need a microwave for customers to warm their food if it is going to be served that way. Overall a poor experience on what promised so much!!!

Automatic check in wouldn't work. QR code did nothing. Could find my booking either by the booking number or my address but got the attached error when then trying to check in. After pressing the help button in reception, I waited nearly 20 minutes, no one came. So I had to go to the restaurant and ask some one for help. The room was very tired. Grouting coming away in the bathroom and dirty. Toilet seat had dark brown splashes on it like it hadn't been cleaned. Bottom of bath/shower also dirty and covered in dark long hair. Turned the air con on at 11.30pm, woke up at 4.30 over heating because the air con had turned itself off?! Frankly I couldn't wait to check out.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The bus is right outside the door, and the subway and train station are very close, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to various attractions. The London Tower is near the hotel, a 10-minute walk. The room is very clean, the only drawback is that the shower water is not adjustable.

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

When I checked in and entered the room, it was very cold with the air conditioner set at 16 degrees Celsius.
There was body soap and shampoo, but it was quite diluted and didn't form any bubbles. Furthermore, I had a hard time because I didn't have a rinse.
There seems to be another hotel with the same name near Tower Bridge, so be careful.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service was professional and friendly. My partner got the turkey leg which was very unusual and he really enjoyed it. I am only marking down to four star because on the night the kitchen was behind and our mains took far too long to arrive (about an hour I believe). I would definitely go back as the waiting staff dealt with it well.

This is an outstanding restaurant with excellent service. Tried some very well-made cocktails at the bar whilst waiting for our table, and was made to feel very welcome. Enjoying the cosy atmosphere, we were then seated near the open kitchen where we witnessed dish after dish of mouth-watering food being made. Our festive sample menu was as good as anticipated and we enjoyed many beautiful, generous-sized courses, and a myriad of flavours. I loved the atmosphere and friendly, fun staff, and will definitely be returning.

We were a party of four on Tuesday evening, a first visit. What a super place. Interesting decor, lots to look at.
Our waiter was Antonio I think from Italy and he was a joy throughout our evening. His customer service was top notch.
The food was delicious, all courses, along with lots of alcohol and water top ups.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The ambiance is nice and the service decent. We were 4 of us and we had hamburgers and eggs Benedict. The hamburgers were good but the eggs didn't look very inviting. I would say that it is worth a try but do not expect anything special

This is just a lovely spot. We went to have brunch there on a Saturday and we didn't wait long. The interior is cute and the food is excellent. Nice staff too and to top it all up it's not more expensive than other places. Go there!

Had Sunday lunch there as a group of 12 just before Christmas, the place was rammed both when we arrived and left. As such a large group at a busy time of year I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. The main (spare rib) was excellent, service coped admirably and cheerfully given how busy it was, all food arrived at the same time and no mistakes were made (though a couple of not quite finished drinks did disappear in their rush to keep the table clear). Would happily go back.

We came here for Sunday Roast. Being North American, I knew this was a British tradition I just had to participate in!
The environment was absolutely wonderful. Extremely cosy and warm. Brings back memories of Sunday dinners at grandmas house.
The food was pretty average. Nothing was horrible, but also wasn't very good. All in all pretty bland. I will say the bread was amazing though.
Overall, great place to spend an afternoon or dinner with some friends in a great environment. Food is not great, so don't come for that.

I had an enjoyable evening here but I feel like The Garrison is taking its foot off the gas - every time I go there I see the standard dropping a little. Please don't let it slide. You've got a good business but don't get complacent :)

Fun decor, warm atmosphere, and a standout, personable staff. The Garrison is a great place for English classics with a bit of a high-brow twist, but not too much :) The steak is a must-order! Dessert menu is out of this world! A nice, cozy neighborhood spot for a nibble.

We went for Sunday roast. Very cosy, warm, characterful, good atmosphere and layout. Food was 6/10 - it wasn't amazing but wasn't bad. Generous portions. Would I go here again? Yes for the pub/drinks, no for food.
