Good location, near Paddington station which is convenient. Paddington station has free tab water and free toilets. There were a lot of food stores in Paddington.
The hotel provides continental breakfast 7:00-9:15 Am sharply, must come on-time.
The uncomfortable thing is too narrow and steep stairs.
My room was on the 4th floor, I had to carry more than 20 kg of my luggages.

The room was clean but rather small. The furniture had typical old British vibes and was pretty charming. Just really boiling hot at night, while it was cold and windy outside. Window doesn't fully close, which causes you to hear sounds from outside. However, due to its excellent location it is pretty peaceful at night. The room had all necessary amenities, which was pretty awesome for the price. Nice neighbourhood, with a cute park and Underground close by. Reception was rather cold, however, and room designation was confusing. Good stay for a few days, but might need something else for a longer period.

***DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL*** (or any other hotel connected to them, i,e Alexander Hotel..etc)

Room was absolutely filthy upon arrival. Sheets filthy. Walls filthy. Carpets filthy. Huge strands of what looked like ***** hair in the sink in the toilet. No lifts, just stairs. Stairs to the floor up to the room filthy. Made complaint to reception desk, they offered another room. That was also filthy. Manager was called from receptionist to come deal with the issue, and refused come down and manage the situation.

Trip.com claimed they attempted to get intouch with the manager to get a full refund, but said they were unable to get intouch. They tried over the course of 3 days. They kept offering "Trip Coins" as they were unable to refund money into my account because the manager wasn't answering their phone to them. In the end, Trip.com gave me £60 back in "Trip Coin", which was still unacceptable as we did not stay in either of the rooms offered by Seymour Hotel.

With two large suitcase, we were assigned to the top floor.

The room is good, the location is perfect.
The towels are dirty. It’s suggested to bring your own towels if you hope to shower.
The breakfast only includes milk, grain rings, bread, hams, cheese, and juice.

I can't comment on breakfast because it finishes early and I missed it. But great location next to Paddington and a pleasant room, I would stay there again.

I hope they revise their breakfast time to up until 1000H rather than 0930H. They basically assigned us at the top floor - 4th floor (without stairs) to another building (94) and the reception and breakfast is in building 106.

Second time staying there. Room was warm and comfortable. Shower was clean with hot water. Only problem was was the batteries in the tv remote were dead. Was too lazy to go down to ask for more so I used my own and warned the front desk at checkout. Will be staying again.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants and places to eat literally around the corner. Friendly gentlemen on reception. Was told on check in that my room wasn’t in the main hotel and that I’d to go around the corner to another building, which was fine. Very steep stairs up to my room on the fifth floor, tricky to manoeuvre with a suitcase. The building itself wasn’t particularly clean and the corridors smelt quite foisty / musty. The room itself (a twin) was a decent size, but rather dated and not very clean — hairs in the bed and the sheets were stained. Decent sized bathroom which was clean, the towels were not. Good sized shower, good water pressure etc. I was only staying for one night and paid £47, so really for London, you can’t complain. Had I planned to stay longer, I simply wouldn’t have, and would have booked elsewhere.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Food was very nice, but service was slow, almost non-existent despite not having many tables to attend at the time.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

Definately not high end. Maybe notch above Tesco but at 10x the cost. If you dont know how proper Indian food tastes, have too much money then why not.

Food is overage nice and clean just some waiters need more training how to serve

I've visited many times and more or less sampled most of the menu, everything is delicious, and delivered with wonderful service.

Need to replace the long standing chef before this place can improve. Regular inconsistencies in food quality and preparation. Harjit needs to go... food needs to improve

Superb food, quiet but not empty on a Monday night. Expensive though, just over £100 including service for two of us.
