The room was clean. The room was on the corner and very quiet. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, average at best.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again when family visits again.

Quite a nice hotel. Good breakfast. We got around by car, so I can’t say how easy it would be otherwise. Driving in Washington is relatively easy. The front desk staff’s attitude varied—one was really nice, but the night shift person seemed a bit tired of their job. The parking garage was full, as were the outdoor spots. I didn’t want to pay $50 for a parking spot that wasn’t even available.

No blanket for sofa bed. It iook so long to run hot water in bathroom. Parking is $50 and too expensive

This is a business trip abroad. The location is great, the environment is very nice, there's a large outdoor swimming pool that the kids love, and it's very close to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The breakfast selection is quite good.

The stay was long, the hotel cleaners could not replenish supplies in time, I stayed for many days but the bath towels were taken away and not replenished, I called the lobby to report that the cleaning was not done well, but the other party did not care, the hotel charged extra parking fees and other fees, the overall experience was very average

Hotel is outdated. Tear and wear shows everywhere. Carpet is dirty, sofa cushions are dirty, faucets are old, water is slow and drain is slow too. The glass cups are not clean. We asked for replacement, the replacements are not clean either. A big disappointment. We won’t stay there again

Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi. The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard! Breakfast in very pleasant to start the day! Has all the breakfast food you would want and delightful omelette specialty cooks ready to take your order!

Excellent hotel. Great location for a trip to New York. The room is cleaned every 3 days. On the first day, the air conditioning broke, and we froze as the room was 18 degrees Celsius, and my wife caught a cold. However, they quickly moved us to another room. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Good breakfast.

Right behind Times Square, a fantastic location. Even if you're out late at night, you don't have to worry about getting back. The front desk service is great and they even offer free bottled water.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay however parking is a nightmare and after the amount you pay per night you would think parking would be free…it’s not! I went to enjoy the hot tub while it was empty but I guess after people have been in and out it was a little dirty. Wonderful 2-night stay with our family. Very handy that it’s so close to the metro station. Beautiful and clean, comfortable beds, many delicious options for breakfast… The snack bar from 5:30-7 was great too. This is our second time to stay at Embassy Suites, and we have another stay booked in a couple weeks. Thanks for the delightful experience!

The room was dark and kinda musty. The way the hotel is set up make it very loud in the rooms. A flimsy french door will not block out any hallway and lobby sound. We enjoyed our stay, but I was mislead into thinking that a balcony faced outdoors however it faced the interior hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was sufficient. The bed was comfortable and they seemed clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioner did not get cold enough and we woke up a little sweaty off and on throughout the night. Granted we were there on New Year's Eve, but the hotel seemed to have very limited staff. Staff was not responsive and/or not available when needed. Breakfast buffet was empty when we arrived and only limited options re-supplied. Again, the limited staff contributed to guests not knowing the breakfast procedures and slow service. The parking is expensive, but that’s to be somewhat expected. We were in a suite and it was extremely small. It is the same size as a normal room, but split into two rooms. You have enough room to walk around the bed and that’s it. Also, a suite is for up to five people, but there is a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. There were also four total pillows in the room and no extra blankets or pillows...

This hotel is amazing for MCRD SD graduation needs. They were very welcoming and top notch service from the hotel, its shuttle drivers and making you feel welcome and they were just as proud of the new marines as the families. Everything weas excellent, from the staff and check in to the rooms. The breakfast was great and a step above the normal hotel breakfast. The one complaint and only complaint is the complete lack of any USB outlets in the room.

I went to Los Angles and stayed here. The location is pretty good for LA and it was near plenty of restaurants and high end shopping centers. Hilton is my personal favorite hotel no matter where I’m traveling in the world. The service is always consistent and dependable. Kid friendly and safe. Breakfast is included and food is 8/10.

This is our third stay at The Point. The 1 bdrm suite is roomy, with a full kitchen. The bathroom is large, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. We like the location because it's near Epic Universe.

Had a 7-day stay at the hotel, my first time in New York and it left a great impression. The location is ideal, right next to the subway which makes getting everywhere super easy. We were on the 38th floor, with a 'wow' view both day and night. The room was clean (housekeeping daily) and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Gluten-free products are available, but they're adjacent to gluten-containing products and not adequately marked, making it impossible to avoid cross-contamination.

The rooms are quite small, with six rooms on each floor, six on the south side (higher floors offer views of the W.T.R. and the Statue of Liberty) and six on the north side (higher floors offer views of the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, etc.). However, the location is excellent: 50 meters downstairs, the 28th Street Line 1 subway is one stop away from the 34th Street Penn Station, right...
