The hotel was very nice, clean and staff was very courteous. There was one issue, no hot water in our room, Saturday morning I had lukewarm water, and I advised the front desk, my husband had no hot water it was cold. The next day Sunday, I showered in cool water and my husband had lukewarm water...since we were checking out, I advised the front desk again...no hot water. They gentleman apologized...

Room was super clean. The view was breathtaking. Everyone was very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was okay. I do feel feel like deeper cleaning could have been done. Also one of our remotes didn’t work; the tv kept having a title slide across the screen too. Overall I like the view from the room.

We had to add the date because our stay was longer and the system didn’t connect with third party and original date. Customer service replied me really slow but it was polite if I asked update a few times. Quick check in service and good location

Great hotel on the edge of Waikiki. Easy quick walk to all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but just outside enough for it to be a bit calmer. Fort Derussy park is right next door which is a nice retreat for some quieter open relaxing space. Nicely furnished and equipped room. The included hula and music performance with wine and cheese was entertaining. Small but nice pool and functional gym.

Good location to walk to Old City area. Clean and comfortable rooms. convenient onsite marketplace. 

Luana Hotel was wonderful! The location was perfect! The staff were delightful. Sharisse at the front desk was so sweet! She made my husband and I lei for a Luau that we attended! We loved Hawaii. Thanks Luana Hotel!!

The air conditioner is very loud and the curtains are only half full. The advantage is that the kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals.

This hotel is super convenient, and the rooms are big and new. I'm pretty happy with it, no complaints at all. (My only minor note is that it's across from a hospital, so if that bothers you, you might want to consider other options.)

Really welcoming staff who made it easy for us to check in early. They had confirmed prior to the trip that we would be able to drop off our bags, but as our room was ready, allowed the weary travelers to check in.ideal for us post Boston marathon where we just wanted a day in Boston, rather than in Hopkinton where we had been staying. Good for overnight stay from Philadelphia airport. Breakfast was great with lots of choices for a buffet. They served oatmeal - my favourite and bagels with cream cheese. Perfect for me! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's food was just okay. It would be great if they could offer different breakfast options. However, I appreciate them allowing me to check in early when I arrived.

Great stay at a great place. Always clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

You can get a better room for the money. No frills rooms. Not even carpet. Old motel kept pretty well for the age of it. Exterior not bad. Bathtub was pretty discussting. If you're gonna party it's a good spot, at least you won't mess the carpet up, there is none.

It wasn't as bad as it used to be..... Knew what to expect before I got there so I can't say it was horrible.

It was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and well kept. The pool area was amazing especially at night. They had an amazing buffet breakfast that came with the hotel. Overall it was great!

This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip, completely exceeding our expectations. Not only was the environment beautiful, but the staff were also extremely professional and welcoming. The rooms were surprisingly large, and we could even cook our own meals. It was incredibly convenient.

The service is good, but the bedding is a bit old

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. It's genuinely close to Disney. You need to book the shuttle within 24 hours in advance. The shuttle is shared with other hotels, so it's best to book early. You can walk to the hotel in front and catch the shuttle from there; it leaves promptly, which is great. The return trip is also by shuttle; just wait in the parking lot. I didn't get to try the pool...

Hotel was nice and spacious. Very clean. my family and I were going to Magic Kingdom. Grateful that it was not too far from the park. Will be coming back here in the future

Bed was ok not the best but the front desk men were helpful while checking in. The women wasn’t as friendly. Housekeeping is every other day. Made sure to grab extra towels. A few places near by to eat and shop like target, five below, lime restaurant, a bbq restaurant, and gyu kaku. But the food by the bar was actually good and they have complimentary breakfast. Would I stay again 50/50 chance.

We booked this hotel to do Disney with the kids. It is pretty decent location-wise, just far enough from property that you really do need motorized transport, but close enough that usually said transport would only take 5-10 minutes. The hotel has free shuttle to and from airport, that’s the most convenient part; otherwise you could choose hotel closer to parks. The hotel provides decent American breakfast too.

Pack n play was delivered immediately, staff was very responsive to all of our needs as a family. Very family friendly place. Clean, great beds and pillows. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful, full of seaside style, the room is spacious, and there are two TVs for viewing. There are restaurants very close to the hotel, and there are also two outlets for shopping. The breakfast is rich. Coffee and tea are provided all day, which is great.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport , bed was comfy, room was good, everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast in the morning had a good selection of things and could go back for more if you were hungry, staff were friendly and free tea and coffee, also had a free shuttle service to and from the airport, deposit was given back quickly too via card

Booked this room online. A handful of transients out front. Ran over a glass bottle parking in the lot. Checking in was decent. The lady at the counter was very sweet and helpful. The hotel smelled like **** and cigarette smoke. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely awful. Felt like sleeping on a bed spring. Was up bright and early to continue my travels. You get what you pay for i guess.

The staff was great, and the in & out valet service was easy to use. having a room directly under the bar/lounge area was a challenge, but we made it through.

Room wa dated. Automated curtains didn't work. Shower head didn't work. Beds were comfortable. Bar staff was not very attentive. Valet was good enough. Location is the best thing about this hotel, other than that it's just another run down hotel that uses a big name Hotel, probably owned by someone who doesn't care to make it nice anymore.

The problem with the room was it had a smell like a Sewer problem, complained about the room.The smell The girls at the front desk tried to eliminate it with spray deodorants , it didn't work. It Was terrible. Finally the third day maintenance came and did fix it. The other surprise was $15 parking every night we stayed.

The best hotel we've stayed so far as it was generous and had everything one needs - laundry, gym, excellent breakfast buffet, free all day coffee,great free wifi among others. Location is excellent and near all major attractions. Definitely coming back!

The accommodation was very comfortable and the room was clean. It's cleaned every two days, but you just need to let the front desk know if you want it cleaned daily. The breakfast was simple but had everything you needed, and it was very satisfying. Highly recommended.

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but the breakfast was a letdown. My room wasn't cleaned during my two-day stay; apparently, they only clean every other day, which I found quite inconvenient.

This hotel is right in Chinatown, a fantastic location. As soon as you step out of the lobby, you're surrounded by all sorts of shops, and it's particularly convenient for Chinese speakers. The hotel's cleanliness, environment, and service are all great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chicago.
