Unexpected hold put on my funds very slow elevator and maid staff banged on door at 8am on day of departure

Fantastic Service from check-in to check-out and in the restaurant. Incredible service. We couldn’t get over it. it was like a 4 star hotel!

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend the only thing that I was concerned about is the parking why do the people paying to stay in the hotel have to pay for parking I feel that should come with the stay

Very clean common areas and room, except there was big stain on the carpet in the "living room" area. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Really did not like paying for parking, but the 2 free drinks made up for it. Generally, the breakfast was fine, but the line to get an omelet or a waffle was always too long.

Overall average stay. The views are good and the external visage of the hotel is great but the rooms are outdated. The room we stayed in was pretty musty and had stained carpet. We had to request new sheets and bedding for pullout couch as it looked like it hadn’t been opened or touched in many years. Breakfast was excellent which was saving grace.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge. Everyone was very friendly and our time at the hotel was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is good, and the hotel is decent. Breakfast has very few options other than sugar, and if you're lactose intolerant, you'll have a tough time. On the other hand, they didn't come to clean our room.

The amenities were good. However, our first night the heat in the front unit had to be swapped out. The diffusers I. The shower did not lift properly so whe. You ran the shower it also ran through the tube faucet.

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were both heated and the kids had a blast. There is plenty of parking. It is a quick drive to all of the theme parks. I really like the style of room decoration, which pays great attention to details. The tableware is fully equipped and easy to use.

The food at the hotel is relatively good. It’s just that there aren’t many choices of tea bags. For some reason, the tea bags I drank on the first day no longer appear, leaving only one choice. The location should be good for local tourists. There is parking for cars and easy access. Neat and clean, and bright.

The problem With the elevator is big

Whilst one of the elevators was still under maintenance the hotel staff has tried their best to facilitate a smooth and organised way to get everyone up and down. The breakfast was pretty varied with multiple options. Had a lovely stay otherwise and the location is perfect

The rooms need updating! EVERY wall socket is worn out and cannot hold a plug. Not OK. It’s not an expensive or difficult fix. Everything else was fine. The staff is friendly, although very young.

The room was clean, but we ran out of body soap in the shower. In terms of comfort, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, there was no comforter, so it was a bit cold at night.

This is a great find. It is very close to Disneyland (maybe 5-10 mins walk) and seemed very reasonably priced. Parking was included and the room was very comfortable and clean. The employees are wonderful! But the place is definitely in need of some upgrades. I'm in a non smoking room, but my blankets are full of burn holes. The bed feels like the mattress hasn't been changed since the day they opened. But it's not the worst place I've stayed by far. The breakfast was also quite good for as cheap as the place was.

I stayed there two months ago and had a good experience, so I went back. This time, I wasn't very satisfied. The refrigerator was noisy at night. The mattress also made noise when we turned over, and it was about two inches away from the headboard, so we had to move the mattress to find clothes that had fallen off. Everything were wonderful, room is large enough, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is also good enough. But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started. For ex.I had a flight at 8am and had to leave at 5:30am, and they said sorry no breakfast. We booked two queen beds and a sofa bed for a family of five. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was free, and the $25 coupons for coffee, cola, and snacks were great. Parking was a bit expensive, costing about $60, but it was comparable to the parking rates at all Washington hotels.
