The check-in experience was terrible. After checking in, I was told my personal information couldn't be found, and I waited in the lobby for an hour. After finally checking in, I was seated by the pool, where people were playing music and talking late at night – it was unsafe and very noisy. I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.

And THEN an additional service charge for nearly additional 25% came on top, I can not understand this policy as you‘ll never know how much it will cost.
