The room style is very nice

Incredible experience. I was here for a conference and the staff at the restaurant to event staff and valet were all so kind, accommodating and attentive. The property is absolutely stunning and I had some of the best food of my life here. Looking forward to coming back.

1 Hotel West Hollywood is one of the best modern options in the area—elegant, serene, and effortlessly stylish. The design is warm and calming, with natural materials that make the whole place feel like a retreat. Service is top-notch, the views are incredible, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. It’s luxury without the noise—except on Friday and Saturday if your room faces Sunset Boulevard.

My weekend getaway at The 1 Hotel was pure relaxation! From the front desk to valet and the spa team, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The spa was incredible, the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and cozy, and the lobby bar had such a fun vibe with a great DJ in the evenings. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to be back for more poolside lounging this summer!

Rich breakfast and swimming pool

The location is very good, on West Hollywood Avenue. The only thing is that the lower floors are facing the street and it is a bit noisy. I originally lived on the 2nd floor. It was Friday and Saturday. There was a party downstairs and it was very noisy. Later, I helped move to a higher floor. The restaurant food was very fresh and delicious. The overall experience was good.

One of the most impressive hotels I’ve been to! The decor made it feel very zen. The staff was beyond amazing - I put in a service request through the app and someone was at my door in 30 seconds. The gym is well-equipped and the food on site is delicious.
