The hotel lobby offers coffee and a business printing area, and the lounge area is cozy. The room and shower are both spacious. It's also quite convenient for handling school-related matters. There are many restaurants serving Chinese cuisine not too far away.

The room was a bit old, but everything else was fine. The service was quite good.

It's conveniently located between the UCLA dorms and the Westwood neighborhood, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The reception was friendly and attentive, and there was free coffee in the lobby.

The hotel’s restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but they served some free bread in the morning. Catherine from front desk is very nice and friendly, free upgraded my room. Location wise, it’s in a quiet place away from the downtown but close to UCLA, there’s a botanical garden nearby in walking distance, which is my favorite place during the day. Room is spacious with good conditions.

Fantastic stay. What a beautiful hotel! Very friendly and exceptional service. Pool area is beautiful, lobby is colorful and inviting. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was a cloud of comfort. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and very safe to walk around. Tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Only complaint is the bathroom design. The sink is a wash basin with very little clearance between faucet and sink. Needlessly challenging to wash your hands when you have bigger hands. And there’s a square cut out of the glass shower, so water splashes out everywhere on the floor. Certainly not reasons to avoid staying here, just wish they went with functional design instead of aesthetics there

STK is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great steak and an lively, upbeat and fun atmosphere. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff went above and beyond. In addition to my birthday I have gone several times for dinner and the staff has always been attentive and helpful, even down to helping me pair my steak with the perfect sauce and wine. Drinks are great, food is amazing (Jalapeño Cheddar Grits), let's just say I've never liked grits, but THOSE are unbelievably delicious. I love this place and I will be back soon! Not to mention, you may run into a celebrity or two. Thanks for being great guys!

This place is overrated, I had reservations at 8:30 got there half hour early went to the bar have few drinks. Didn't get seated till 9:00, waiter had adduitde,my fiancée found bug in her drink, are food took over hour didn't start eating till 10:15, the potatoes where cold and hard. Place to pricey for terrible food. The only decent thing is drinks and music. Never go here again Mastros Steakhouse way better.
