I sent laundry to the hotel for a total of US$103, but was overcharged by US$282.5. I've contacted the hotel but haven't received a response. The hotel has poor soundproofing, and the lobby turns into a bar on weekend nights, becoming very crowded and chaotic.

This is the worst kind of scam. After paying in full through the platform, the hotel fraudulently used all pre-authorizations to charge tens of thousands of yuan. Several days after checking out, they still fraudulently charged another 10,000 yuan in the middle of the night. In total, they stole 50,000 yuan.

We can't contact the hotel.

The room was fantastic, the environment was great, clean and tidy, and it even smelled nice. The details were excellent, the sheets and duvet covers were new and very comfortable, and the bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel lobby has beautiful design and soft furnishings, but it's too dirty. There are stains on the sofa. There are a lot of people in the lobby bar at night. The room is comparable to Four Seasons. It's hard to have a minimalist texture without good hygiene. The service is good. I started to feel that the room was unbearable. There was a broken parking lot outside the window, so I changed it to another one. I booked one more night and refunded it through Ctrip, but I really don't recommend booking this hotel.

Love Rock and Reilly's. Its a great location with an amazing staff and the happy hour specials on drinks and food is awesome. My faves are the fish tacos and their house made hooch.
