I usually don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but this place really disgusted me. After staying in so many hotels, I have no idea how this Conrad managed to get a 'gold diamond' rating.

1. The room was incredibly noisy. It was right next to a main road, and even after switching rooms twice, it was still the same.
2. The shower pressure was incredibly low, despite having three outlets. Trying to take a relaxing shower at night was genuinely infuriating.
3. Although the US is a tipping country, basic cleaning services should be provided regardless, right? If you don't tip, housekeeping won't even leave bottled water? And they don't replenish towels or slippers, nor do they clean the bathroom.
4. Room service for delivery was genuinely slow. After showering at night, I realized housekeeping had broken the hairdryer (it was working fine when I left in the morning), and it took half an hour for a new one to be delivered.

I am extremely, extremely disappointed. Is this really the standard for a 5-star hotel? If you don't find my words credible, please come and experience it for yourself. You definitely won't be disappointed. :)

The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The location is convenient with a pleasant surrounding area, directly across from the Disney Concert Hall. The front desk staff and room service were also very professional. I would consider staying here again.

Wonderful property. Excellent accommodations and the facilities were top-notch. Room was not cleaned or service during my stay, though. Otherwise amazing stay and super friendly and professional staff.

Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.

I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.

The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.

Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

This place is wonderful, especially if you are attending a theater performance. The food is French and delicious. The beef short rib is huge, amazing and falling apart. The sausages and lentils are also delicious. Drinks are good and well sized.

This place is simply amazing. I've been here over 10 times after concerts, and the staff is great. The new escargot should be changed to the old version, but everything else, especially the French onion soup is great.
