Nice hotel and good price. The pool is nice, however freezing. The rooms are spacious and you can't hear neighbors. Free parking with your stay, however you will need to drive to get to local activities or restaurants.

Downlights only made the room seem cold. The fridge had a freezer compartment which is good. The heater/AC was very quiet.

Room was clean. Bathroom looked cleaned and toilet even had a seal ensuring it had been cleaned and unused upon arrival. Beds were alright in terms of comfort but the room was spacious. Felt safe in regards to myself and my car. I saw security upon arrival and front desk was welcoming.

The facilities are a bit old, but it's fine for an overnight stay. Good Location and free parking.

I love the Dunes because it’s usually quiet and safe. The location is excellent from any point I need to go.
One thing that bothers me is that there are NO side lamps next to the beds. Only glaring lights from the ceilings. You used to have side lamps which gave the rooms a nice ambiance. Makes the rooms look like a YMCA without them. Also, need to upgrade your towels. The quality is pretty awful and cheapens the room. Other than that, it’s amazing. I’ve been staying there for almost 30 years off and on.

Front desk was friendly. The room was very clean. The maid added little touches when she cleans. Left her a tip. Two downsides: the beds are very very firm with flat pillows, and parking was very tight. If you have anything larger than a minivan, it probably won't fit. Still I give it a five because I was very impressed how nice it was for the price. And they don't charge for parking. Definitely stay there again when in the area. Will bring my own pillow

No kitchen, no microwave, no kettle, only mimi fridge. Staff was good. A lot parking for rental car. Bus stop within minutes of walking.

The hotel was great! The staff was super nice. The only downside was my room was right next to the street and lots of traffic sounds.
