The Hotel was ok...fine and comfortable but then after check out I got a 40$ bill witha bunch URBN surcharge fees ????? !!!

Great location, friendly team, comfy bed and quality toiletries in the shower.
Only gripes were the air con being temperamental and not really working in my room. They came as soon as I reported it but then it conked out again. Shower door is weird as well; have to squeeze yourself past it to close it.
Otherwise it was great and reasonably priced!

The sanitation is quite clean, and the transportation is also very convenient.
Facilities: Maybe it was renovated not long ago, they are quite new

Located in a relatively safe neighborhood, the surrounding environment is OK. However, daily cleaning requires an appointment, and the billing management of breakfast service is a bit confusing. Everything else is good.

Friendly staff at check in and (expensive) valet, but my room never got cleaned…. And there was a mysterious fire alarm.

All charges were not disclosed upon checking in. I was quoted $219 per night and ended up paying 347 including amenities that simply didn’t exist during my stay. The refrigerator in my room was broken and ruined $20 worth of dog food, there was no ice available in the entire hotel. By the time I arrived at the breakfast at 7:30 it was completely packed over and there was basically nothing left. It rained the whole weekend that we were there so the pool usage was nonexistent as well. I am extremely disappointed in your hotel and the way you describe the amenities and services available and what actually was available. Perhaps in the future you’ll tell your truth to guests although that might yield in less occupancy

On the weekends it is hard getting a table. I recommend to always make a reservation.
They have outside sitting, inside bar and also a larger portion of the restaurant is actually in the back, where you can see the chefs.
Drinks are good, the food is delicious, although it takes a along time to come out to the table.... I think the Miso soup is a bit pricey.
Love this place. Chic, yummy and although the music is mellow, you will not get bored since it is easy meeting people here.

This restaurant is quite hip. The decor is very unique and the servers are very nice.
The portion of the food is not as big so be aware, but the wine selection is quite delicious. We've had a course of food and they were all yummy. Its location in West Hollywood precedes its reputation because you'll see a lot of dressed up people coming out for dinner at this spot. The food takes a bit to come out as well so expect to be here at least an hour.

Skybar is a Los Angeles classic. It's a good scene and lovely view. It's popularity has waned a bit as of late, hence the four stars instead of five.

Very sleek and popular bar. You will often find a familiar face by the pool. They have a great selection of drinks with an appropriate high price tag. It can be a little hard to get in on the weekends so come dressed appropriately. The view is really the best part and what makes it stand out. It is just hard to beat even on the strip.
