First off, if you need hotel parking, don't choose this place. The $50 parking fee is a bit steep, and with the tip every time you get your car, parking alone cost me $80. The hotel's AC was leaking, and when I walked into the room, the carpet was wet. Everything just felt mediocre.

One of the worst Hyatts I’ve stayed in. They have odd practices of charging hidden extras everywhere. Also there is about $40/night tax and $60/night valet fee for parking your car. The room had zero amenities. No plates, no cups, no mugs, no cutlery, bare fridge. No kettle. If you ask for something they charge about $9 to bring it to the room and don’t forget to tip everyone on top for something that should have been there anyway.

A pathetic hotel. The bar, restaurant and pool are a joke. I’m embarrassed for them.

Had to wait for 2-hours after official check in time for a room. One elevator was out of order for the entire period of our stay. Bathroom ammenities were not replenished, had to call for soap.
Really disappointed, not what one expect from a Hyatt hotel.

Hyatt in other countries is absolutely different, this one really falls short of the standard.
The location is good the rooms are decent. Service : They say no to all requests. The hotel deposit freezes funds for a long time

The hotel room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard. Very helpful and supportive staff. No homeless people around the hotel area. Coffee maker was not available in the room but it was available in the lobby area. Our room was beach-facing and we recommend it to other guests as the view was very scenic.

Had some lane malfunction issues. Also, just my personal preference, but I hate blacklight bowling. Fairly cheap, though, especially later in the evening.

The service was great!! Our waitress was awesome, very attentive! The pizza & wings were good. The lanes seemed warped & the bathroom was gross!!! I made sure after visiting the bathroom to reduce my liquid intake to avoid a return visit to the bathroom.

Its a poor bowling lane. You can't play on two lanes. When you need help for a laneman its difficult to find one.. its the only bowling place with no bowling shop. In my country all bowling lanes have a bowling shop. And you always play on two lanes.
