This hotel was incredibly frustrating. They checked me into the wrong room, and the first and second times they insisted it was correct (when in fact they had mixed up the names!). It wasn't until the third time, with a different receptionist, that they admitted they had the wrong room! Plus, there were stairs inside the building, making it extremely difficult to carry my suitcase up and down!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Chamberlain hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and fun. The room and hotel itself were squeaky clean. We can't wait to return for our next trip to West Hollywood.

The hotel is located in the West Hollywood area, which is relatively safe compared to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. However, it is located on a slope, so you need to climb lightly to reach it on foot. The hotel facilities are simple, clean and tidy, but the design of the corridor is not suitable for the handling of large luggage (there are many internal steps that need to go up and down...) Other aspects are OK

A hotel located in a residential area, very quiet, but the facade is easy to miss, and the parking lot entrance is even harder to find. The parking fee is $65/night, worthy of Beverly. When checking in, the waiter will give a small note asking if you need housekeeping, which is relatively good. I will take care of it myself when I stay in a hotel, and I don’t like outsiders to come and go at will. In addition, I save a tip. Hehe~ When I entered the parking lot, a black guy asked if I needed valet parking. I gave him a $5 tip and the black guy sent my luggage to the room. The hotel is decorated in black and white, which is quite elegant. I was arranged to live on the second floor. The floor is a bit low, and the balcony is basically blocked from the sun. The black and white plus the darkness make the room a bit depressing, very un-California

I grabbed a quick brunch here and was surprised by the quality of food and service. It was really delicious and fresh. Our server was really attentive too.

Great meeting spot for larger groups, still awesome for groups of 2 or 3 people. Expansive menu, friendly staff. Patio is nice when the sun is out!

Great diner atmosphere, good food and lots of seating inside and outside. Good for a quick bite too. Staff were not really attentive when you were looking for service, almost bordering on rude unfortunately. Gets really busy at times so plan accordingly.

24 Hour diner located at the Ramada Plaza Hotel with indoor and outdoor seating. This is your typical diner with a large comfort food menu. Not great food but not bad either. The service ranges from great to good to bad. Kitchen 24 has a full-service bar. This place is usually crowded especially after the bars and clubs close.

We went only for drinking at the bar and got nice version of Negroni (Negroni Fantasma) which was really good. The barman was professional and friendly.

This is my new favorite brunch place. The people were the most accommodating, kind group that I’ve experienced at a restaurant in a long time. Ask for David, he’s so great!! Delicious food, great cocktail selection, beautiful outdoor seating in the sun, and unparalleled service. We’ll be back!

Slight menu variations from other Nobu restaurants, but outstanding none the less. Must try the Miso Black Cod and Steamed Chilean Sea Bass. The Wagu is real A5 and melts in your mouth $$$.

Food is over priced and not that good, but the server was friendly so that made up for the experience. Also please be aware that they charge you for the water, they don't even tell you it just shows up on your bill. I would not return
