Some bikers keep bumping music well past midnight, until 4am to be exact and kept us awake. I know it’s a hotel and people go to party and stuff, but that was just plain disrespectful and annoying to us and everyone around. I will never come here again. Also, the dude gave us the wrong room, we asked for a king bed and instead got 2 queen beds, the result was being next to these people. Finally, the room smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes.

wish I could give 0 stars. this place has no wifi, no working plugs, and some shut staff. how are you gonna charge me over $100 a night and not have working wifi? and no help from the front desk at all. wish I could get a refund. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

Wi-Fi didnt work for me and when I asked other guest there they said it never works, so if your a business person like me and need internet to connect your laptop DO NOT stay here. A/C unit is all the way on the ceiling had to hop on sink to turn it on.
If you need a place for one night or your on a budget then sure stay here but literally down the street Best Western Sure Stay charges the same price and a lesser deposit rate 💕 I got my deposit back and what I paid for the room because I left 15 mins after being in the room at Hotel Palmeras that’s the only positive.

It was a bad experience; the room smelled like smoke, there were strange people in the hallway, but I overlooked it due to the price. The room isn’t clean or well-maintained; the floor feels sticky. What truly ruined my stay was the lack of hot water the next morning, and it was never fixed. For the price they charge, you can find a better-quality hotel with proper maintenance. It was a rainy night, cold, and I expected at least hot water, but even the AC was non-functional, disconnected on the ceiling without control. Awful, horrendous; I want my money back.

-Affordable
-Good location
-Fridge, microwave, and TV
- Decent WiFi
Cons:
-At night, some sketchy people walk around and stand in front of your room, smoke and drink beer. It's scary if you have small kids
-At times, noisy at night, a lot of people play bad loud music
-Didn't request housekeeping, but suddenly our room is cleaned without us knowing.
-Card key keeps failing for a consecutive 3 days, then went ok for 5 days.
- Non Smoking room reeks cigarette smoke
Overall, if you like solo adventure, this would be good, but I would not advise family with small kids.
