Bathroom had no running hot water, drain plug to bath was broken, bad parking layout (paid parking), not as nice as photos shown, poor wifi connection. Graffiti tagging inside of furniture. Horrid hospital lighting in room.

Staff was friendly, and room was clean when checked in.

My stay was unacceptable from start to finish. The room was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible odor that made it difficult to stay in. Despite being advertised as a kitchenette, there were no pots or pans provided, making it useless. The room's maintenance was poor: the window had no screen, and the blinds were covered in grease stains as if a mechanic had been working on them. To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, the person claiming to be the General Manager denied being the manager to avoid responsibility. Truly awful experience; I would not recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly, clean room, great location. but didn’t like someone isn’t there 24 hours a day. Paid for parking but I didn’t have a parking spot to park, I had park on the street. Bed was pretty hard, but for a 1 night stay it’s ok. Great water pressure in the shower.

Amazing front desk staff! Very accommodating and excellent customer service! Great place to stay! Love the much needed appliances especially for longer term stays. Definitely recommend! 😊

The hotel called to check on my arrival time which was nice since I was running late. Very friendly at checkin and no issues. Had anearly flight, so didn’t spend much time there. Water pressure in the shower was super strong, so that was refreshing. Easy checkout process.

This was our first time here and it was nice: the rooms are clean but a bit outdated and in need of repair - but it was fine because the hotel is within walking distance of all, and we were only in the room to shower and sleep. It's important to note that the staff is wonderful - so kind and accommodating! The only bummer was the $10/day parking fee.

The floors and room were absolutely disgusting. Turned our feet black immediately. It's like we were walking on a McDonalds flat top after a dinner rush. I tried to get a hold of someone by walking to the office multiple times but no one was in there and each time a sign was on the door stating be back in 10 minutes. I also called the emergency number and no response.

Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place is nasty..

Super clean and updated old school motel. GREAT location with lots that is easy to walk to. Very nice staff. Fantastic value compared to the bigger chains that were nearby. Again- the location is so easy to walk to Shelter Island and all of those beautiful vistas. Spent 2 nights and never heard a peep from anything.

Cold Showers!!!
Checked in around 9 pm after a long day. Was looking forward to a shower and restful nights sleep. Door to the lobby was locked and you have to ring a doorbell for service. Attendant mentions they have a gas leak and there is no hot water. He says he will give me free parking which was $10 I was not even aware of. Felt like they should’ve given a bigger discount for having to take a cold shower. As we walked up the stairs my daughter witnessed 2 guys in a car in the parking lot using needles. Room was pretty dumpy with toilet seat broken and plugs behind thr bed didn’t work. I had to charge my phone in the closet with the microwave. Shower head was at my chest and again water was cold. Beds were average. Lastly, I got up early in the morning to go to Starbucks and when I got back the key wouldn’t even open the room. Not the best stay

My only complaint is that my stomach isn't bigger. Food was awesome, prices weren't out of control, people were great! This is the kind of place you hope for when you're looking for local and fresh. EAT HERE

Crowded on weekends but worth the wait. Great views of the marina. Watch out for the seagulls. They have no fear. They will go after unattended fries. Try their octopus tostada! Excellent flavor.

Very tasty seafood and fantastic setting. I had the calamari, half a spiny lobster and a tuna taco. All were very tasty and well priced. Busy and there was a 30 minute wait for food but watching the boat traffic and the activity on the dock was very pleasant. Would definitely go back.

Tiny little place right in the harbor with the best crab cakes I've ever tasted. They bring in a specialty beer every so often. We had the fried sampler and everything was fantastic (fish, calamari, crab cake, & shrimp). The shrimp were very tender. We'll be back next time to try the seafood platter or maybe a taco Tuesday (I've heard the lines are very long).

Such a find. You'll have to hunt for it. I'll leave that part up to you, as with the crowd size, this place is a well known "secret". For good reason, the selection of fresh seafood is staggering and the quality is great. They have a separate line for takeout, beer & wine only orders, which is nice. Can also use this (much shorter) line for beer & wine refills. Enjoy!

One of my all time favorite restaurants! The white sauce is to die for. You will not find it anywhere else. I always stick to a chicken burrito a la carte with rancheros sauce....yum ?❤?

The blue corn enchiladas were outrageously good, like nothing I've had on the east coast. My husband loved the fried calamari, and his surf and turf burrito was bigger than his arm. We ate leftovers of our meals plus the rice and beans that came with them for 3 days. The cheese dip will knock your socks off.

I am a regular customer and love everything about Miguel's. The service is stellar and food on point. I enjoy brunches on their patio regularly with family and have never had a negative experience. Management is visible and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miguel's!

First time I visited, I was hooked, BUT, that was BACK IN THE DAY. My LAST Visit ( LAST ) was less than satisfactory. Maybe I am comparing, but the TWO Hostesses at the front door could have been mistaken for TWO GRANITE ICE BURGS. The food, though Always GOOD, was less in Quantity. Though the Upstairs service was o.k., It lacked the warm feeling that they would extend to their own family or friends, making you feel like they WANTED you to return. That was MY LAST visit. I will NOT be back. Too bad too, because their white sauce is the best I have tasted anywhere.
