Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Loved the fact you can open widows and let fresh air in. Watching and hearing the rain from our room was magical.

Room 201. Absolute disaster. It’s connected to room 200 and I could hear everything through the connecting door, even when they went to the bathroom.
Bathroom was filled with ants inside toilet bowl, sink, bathtub and up on the extractor fan/ceiling.
This was a nicer and more expensive room too.
Wasn’t keen on the bedding. It was 2 sheets sandwiching the duvet so I was concerned about the hygiene. Unsure if this is an American style of bedding.
Location is great.
The coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic. Lattes and hot chocolate were high quality.

The soundproofing is terrible; you can clearly hear conversations from the next room and even people talking on the street. The staff also played very loud music late at night, and we had to call down to get them to turn it off.

Our stay at Nob Hill Hotel was unexpectedly great.
Although it’s a little far from Union Square, the walk was very tolerable. What really stood out was the free unlimited water and coffee available 24/7, which was a huge plus. The hotel also has a very unique lift and a charming, distinctive style that added character to our stay. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a comfortable experience.
We would also like to commend the helpfulness of Emmanuel, who assisted us during our stay. He is very kind and accommodating, and his warm service truly made our experience even better. We will definitely come back and even cancelled our other hotel booking so we can return again after our visit here in Hollywood.

The room was a bit small, but the location was great. It was about a 20-minute walk to Chinatown and Union Square. Just be careful around the area after 1 AM, as it can be a bit sketchy. The small table outside the entrance was perfect for enjoying coffee, and the hotel staff were all very friendly.

The front desk staff member was very helpful, basically fulfilling every request. The room was clean, with great attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was cozy, and there was a window.

Unique and wonderful hotel experience. Among other things, we love the elevator and got good guidance from the staff on things like what to see in the city and how to do it. Good breakfast. Delightful.

We had an excellent stay. The bed was so comfortable and the service was so good. We didn’t realise breakfast was included and you can make free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the foyer all day which was a blessing.

The location is convenient, and the service at the reception is good. I asked for a room change due to the initial one facing the road. However, the noise cancellation in the room is poor. The shower takes awhile to turn warm, and the water pressure is inconsistent as well.
