I really liked that the breakfast changed every day. The floor was carpeted, so prepare slippers. The water pressure in the sink was a bit weak. There was also a heater in each room, which was nice!

Breakfast with not too much choices. No tables available, so confused with lot of people. Bed was so comfortable.

Good accommodations in a great location. Underground parking is $30 per car. I'd happily stay here again, as long as the price doesn't increase.

The room is OK, similar to domestic express hotels. But the environment is very good, 15 minutes walk to the beach, very comfortable for a walk. It's also 15/20 minutes walk to the lively neighborhood for dinner. I'm quite satisfied

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are roomy and clean. The windows are a bit old and not so well insulated (build up moisture), but other than that everything is good. Definitely great value for the price and amenities in such a central location. Would recommend to families and for short stays to see the city or business travel.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Famous PIER 39 and other Piers. Also near to the famous cable car location ( from one to another end is around 45 minutes) .
The hotel has a parking lots ( need to pay USD 30/day) . Recommended to take this as the streets of San Francisco is not safe for the cars to be parked overnight in the streets.

I was underwhelmed. My expensive filet of fish was a bit overcooked and a bit dry and the prices compared to the portions were misaligned. Our server was friendly and attentive, but his good service didn't make up for the less than stellar food.

The restaurant itself is very dusty and cluttered, the steaks were nothing special. the waiter and busser acted as if we were an inconvenience and never once smiled. The bill was 750. For 5 adults and 1 child. Way over priced for the service and the food. This was our annual Christmas-eve steak dinner. We won’t be going back to BOBO’s

The steaks are delicious and big portions. Be sure to order a side to go with the meat. The decorations and seating are dated/underwhelming, but the food will make up for it. This is a great steak house that is often skipped due to appearance. (Hardly any options for vegetarians)

We happened to go on the hottest day in SF history and got seated in a back corner because we had a baby. It was so hot the waiter was all sweaty and gross. We were so hot it was hard to enjoy the food. I'm sorry but I I'm paying $200 for a nice meal, I want to be able to enjoy it.

If it were not for our waiter, Robert and the bone-in filet mignon, it would have gotten one star.
If you do decide to eat here, be sure to do it on a cold day outside.
