Adante Hotel in San Francisco

Scam, they don't explain the rules then kick you out and keep billing for you putting their friends in. Everything from the food to supplies to payroll is taken advantage of/stolen by the people in operational control. You cant get soap in a hotel, or a towel for that matter. If that wasn't bad enough they make impossible rules like having to be in your room all night and from 9 to 11 am every day. when you have a job, volunteer work, or have self employment being in your room these hours and paying for vehicle parking is unrealistic and actually discriminates against the very people they say they are trying to help.

12/15/2012 The front desk old man was a super greedy guy, I booked the room on cheaptickets.com, but they didn't receive the order. This guy asked me to place a credit card on hold, and did something secretly on it. He told me that with the security deposit and the price of 2 days room together was be charged on the card and the refund will get back to the credit card I placed on hold, while after he confirmed with cheaptickets of my order, he changed the words, said the refund will be issued to the card when I check out.

However, after I left the hotel, nothing was be refunded to the card, and I would like to reach out to the front desk, they pretended they didn't know what was happened when I check in.

The guy at the front desk can steal my money for one time, but will never success anymore, cause they loss the business from then on.

This is the second time we stayed here...the location is the only reason I am giving it one star. Upon check in the desk agent could not find my reservation, even though he had my phone with the confirmation email. And for some reason it was my fault. I was told I needed to make a new reservation and pay again, even though I had already been charged. Fast forward to 8am when the maid was vacuuming right outside the door. Thanks for letting me not sleep in a bed that I paid for. Do yourself a favor... Spend the extra $30 and stay at the Hilton or Marriott
