I had reserved a room in September many months in advance and all of a sudden they cancelled my reservation for no apparent reason. Turns out it was Folsom weekend and they canceled to rent my room at a much higher price. Very poor customer care experience.

Website is broken for booking and I called 10 times, no one answered. The one time I stayed here it was subpar, I was only trying to book again because everything else is sold out. Do not recommend.

There is no tea or tea making facilities. Be great if they took that off their website (tea needs boiling water, not coffee maker hot water).

A good value. Close to most major transportation and particularly convenient for quick access to expressway. Inexpensive--most nights all included can be gotten for $100 or less. Quieter than most in the area. Feels safer than nearby inexpensive hotels. Security fence makes parking lot feel a lot safer.

The inn's location and price point make it an ideal home base for exploring the San Francisco city/tourism core.
Rooms could be cleaner (we saw a cockroach crawling around on the carpet floor into behind the fridge).
Door lock malfunctioned, but when asked they attended to it rather quickly. They replaced it. That's good.

Easy to access, right off freeway, and in a safe area. Arrived and my room wasn't clean yet, but they cleaned it well. Rooms weren't gross or smelly, and front desk was helpful. GOOD PARKING, in a gated lot with security guards. This is my 3rd time using this motel. Would use again.

Didn't like the day service lady's attitude about paper receipts and having to wait 3 business days for my deposit to go back into my account. Despite that; this is one of the better decent price places to stay in San Francisco. I would still recommend!

Great clean rooms at an affordable price! Staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Also left my airpods after the stay and they held it for me at the location so I could pick it up. 10/10 would recommend.

What a gnarly place! You will have anything from burlesque shows to electronic music in a given night. Excellent bar with a super wicked house drink. There are plenty of beers on tap too. The area multiple levels and different rooms to chill in. You really can't beat this place if you are looking for a spark. Also, they have pizza ? you can get next door twenty four hours a day! Check this place out next you are in San Francisco! Plenty of street parking in the area too! Let's rock and roll ?

The events that are good are amazing. Don't bother with BOOTYSF show unless you are a straight edge blue collar yuppie though,they need their night too, and that's the one they swarm.

This is an amazing place to not only see people you know but also see new awesome bands. I'm always so amazed at the caliber of bands there. Adjacent to awesome pizza!! Including vegan pizza!

Had a good time a bit pircey I mean $40 for Halloween weekend and all drinks including the well $10+ that's a bit much. But overall I had a cool time.

Asked for glass of water; they said they don't give out cups and that I'd have to buy a drink. Nickel-and-diming everything. 25% premium for tickets at the door, plus a $2 credit card fee, then $9 beers once you're inside. Booths available for purchase, which are then obviously always empty. I've always admired the owner jwz@ as an open source nerd, for his cool ideas. But no wonder this place is going out of business. Really losing touch with the funky, low-key, cheap San Francisco throwback that this place is supposed to be, not the rebellious cyberpunk haven that I expected. Now it's just a punk-ass business. I wish Jamie luck.
