This hotel is in a fantastic location, so convenient to the airport, the cable car, and Union Square. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we loved the little extras: a good coffee machine to start the day, nice toiletries, and the ability to stream our own YouTube music on the TV. A great stay!

This hotel is located near the central subway station, making it convenient for exploring downtown San Francisco. The hotel facilities are basic, but the convenience is excellent. There are many homeless people in the area, but it's generally safe.

We stayed at Hotel Bijou and loved its vintage Hollywood charm and central location. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. It was a great boutique stay, and we’d happily book it again.

Breakfast was included with the reservation. The only 'breakfast' provided was a muffin, a yogurt, and coffee . This cannot be called a breakfast, very disappointing.

Very loud neighbourhood at night, windows need a lot more insulation.

Hotel Bijou has the best comfortable bed. All receptionist was extremely generous, especially Chris. The location was good but there were many homeless people and trashes around. The only disadvantage of this hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast was very disappointing. But overall this hotel is great

The location is first-class, but there are too many homeless people downstairs. It's too noisy and smelly, and it's a bit unsafe. I don't dare to go out at night.

Perfect location, low cost of accommodation, spacious accommodation, clean interior.
It was a shame that English wasn't easy to use, but I was able to have a comfortable trip, excluding check-in.

The location is not the best, it’s the street is loud at night and there are homeless right outside the door. As soon as you come inside it is much better. The hotel is very clean and is very welcoming. Concierge Punya made the stay worth it and always greeted us with a smile when we came back in. Amenities were lacking a little as there is no fridge or ac but other than that it was a good experience.

Good hotel, good service staff But around the hotel it's loud and there are a lot of homeless people. At night there are kids outside. Came to twist the motorcycle, it was very loud.

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.

Dinner was great. Came back the next day for Wednesday pork chop special and told by new manager that had to wait an hour for menu to be available. At 3.30pm At the same time she went ahead with her staff and seated a couple that came after us. When asked why they said oh sorry and too bad for you and everyone else that was waiting to spend money have to wait til 4.30. She said she was new and unable to handle the job.
Wow. Never will go to daily grill again. Spent 300 first night in town. I have never written a review but because it popped up on my phone this is the first and it had to be bad. Daily grill is scratched from my list.

Came in at 11:00 am, we sat at the bar thinking faster service. We were told the kitchen is switching from breakfast to lunch, had to wait 10 minutes before they could make food. 45 minutes later we received our lunch. There was a bartender switch after our order was placed, and it was a shame, the bartender that came in had no care for his customers, stress on his face with every request. A couple came in and waited 20 minutes to even get a greeting...poor service.

Best option for good food on Union Square. We have been there for 3 times last 2 days. Breakfast and dinner. Service is good and food is delicious.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner here with my wife. The place was packed but the food was still amazing and the server was very attentive and helpful. We loved it!
