The front desk staff members are very helpful. They went to a neighboring facility to get hot water for us (all seniors). And they gave us clear directions on how to find restaurants and how to get taxi or Uber rides.

I would like to start off by saying that I’m the type of individual that doesn’t need much to be ok. When entering this hotel the front entrance was dirty, pool wasn’t kept at all. Behind the hotel there was trash everywhere In the booth where you are to check -in we sew roaches!!! Second, the receptionist told us if we wanted to check in early it would be $50. She was very nasty with us because we saw the roaches. After doing a thorough check-of everything we decided NOT to stay in this dump. We had to walk and find somewhere else to stay.Second, the
this hotel was clean (Plunge)no more !!!

Great location that was close to the beach and had a nice little outdoor tiki bar area for a few drinks. The staff was super nice and the place was clean. Only downfall was the beds weren’t that comfortable, other than that it was great

Location! Location! Location! Easy beach access across the street! Close to several restaurants and convenience stores as well as a Winn Dixie. Rooms were dated but clean. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Staff was super friendly, welcoming after a long day of travel and went above & beyond to accommodate anything we needed. Pool was warm and clean. Tiki bar is a fun time. It has limited days and hours but they let you know that. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed, but we are looking forward to trying it on our next visit. If you are looking for a budget friendly beach stay within walking distance to most things you could need and more, this is your place! Thank you for having us. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was clean. No iron in room. The blow dryer is not good if you have thick hair. They advertised that there was a tiki bar on site that’s the reason we booked but the tiki bar has probably been closed for years and there is no restaurant like they advertise
I wanted to get a soda out of the vending machine and it was empty. False advertising on the website

The kitchenette had nothing-not a spoon or fork. A full oven/range and full size fridge, but not even a sponge or lick of anything to cook or eat with. The location was A+ but the place had issues with mold or something and needed work. The housekeepers and front desk folks were fantastic.

the staff was friendly the beach is a short walk. We were a little bummed the Hotel Restaurant was closed for renovations but other than that it was a good choice.

The room was great! Everything was clean! Everybody was kind! And everything is indeed within a 10 minute walk. I would stay again!
