Wonderful hotel! The front desk staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, right across the street from a perfect beach. The pool was clean and there is live music on certain evenings; The hotel restaurant is excellent and serves food and drinks right next to the pool. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Beautiful fantastic hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful! The valet staff were so lovely to us when we first checked in. When you first enter the hotel you get a lovely clean look and smell. There’s lovely cold water there for when it’s so warm outside. The pool is fantastic and open until 10 pm. The rooms are nice, clean and modern and have nice bathrooms. Brilliant hotel with lovely bar staff as well. The hotel also have ice machine facilities on some floors of the hotel. The gym and free towels are great. Only thing I would comment is that the hotel only offers 2 sunbeds per booking. Also, the beach umbrellas are $30 a day which honestly I thought is quite unfair especially considering the man who served us at the beach was rude. All the other staff including Housekeeping, bar staff, concierges, front desk, valet and maintenance staff are great! Would 100% stay here again and recommended to people.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was wonderful! (Our second time booking this hotel).
Our room was spacious (curved room) and clean. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating.
The Steelpan restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast/brunch, and Raheem is a great waiter and has excellent customer service skills!

Rooms are a little small, nowhere to put anything. The staff is super nice and friendly! location is right on the strip and beach is a short walk. Food at Steelpan on first floor is really good. Chef Andre is the head Chef and his jerk wings are amazing. Make sure to get them crispy.

Nothing but scams!
1. They describe items to be complementary but they are not. They are trying to charge me $46 plus tax per night for a "tourist development fee". When questioning the hidden fee they said it was for "wifi, water, pool, and beach chairs" all described as complimentary. We did not use any of that either.
2. There is nowhere to park at all. So when you arrive there's only valet. Again, not described or warned about, the charge for having your car valeted (again the ONLY way of parking your vehicle) is $51 plus tax per night!
3. The incidental hotel charge says $100 but they charged my card $400 then an additional $160. They had no explanation for this.
4. When we booked it was "ocean view". When we arrived it was not that. When asked about that the lady said since they are located at the beach every room is considered "ocean view". I had to upgrade to a room that was really "ocean view"
This was all discovered upon check out. I could not locate my card and they could not explain the charges further. This is fraud. I did not authorize these charges or knew about them. When asked to speak to a manager they said no one was there. ...at a hotel. The gentleman said one would be there at 7am. I called then they said he was now on vacation. I called back, no manager again. They said one will arrive at 8:30am and contact me. No one did. Hours later some sort of manager called and literally yelled at me about this. Yelled. This was all after they do not offer house keeping unless asked, velvet losing my car key, toilet not flushing properly, and some rude staff. They would not accommodate my 10yr old daughter to cut a cake for her birthday. That's crazy. I have tried to contact management multiple times and can not even get them on the phone. The only contact I have had with a manager was the one who called me to yell at me when questioning fraudulent and unauthorized charges. I want nothing to do with this place and you should not either! Run away while you can! No wonder why the hotel was empty and the restaurant is failing. (Also lowest rated restaurant on the strip). The restaurant was empty the entire length of the stay. Makes me question freshness and sanitation as well. Good luck!

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking details should be clearly outlined at the time of reservation.... and I thought the umbrella fee was excessive on top of the resort fee in my opinion although not a future deterrent.

This was a great getaway minus the storm for a day. But we enjoyed ourselves anyways. We arrived early so we toured a bit around the hotel then got back when the room was ready. The service was amazing and everywhere we went they said hello or tried to make conversation. The pool is an awesome setup with access to the bar that is located in the restaurant. The restaurant food is beyond delicious! We were also right across the street from the beach so a huge plus! With the rooms we got we had two beach chairs during our stay from 9 to 5 daily! Our view was beach side which was beautiful!

The worst hotel I ever been in! The housekeeper opens the door whenever they want with their key ! 4am the security come and knock the door!

I've been here twice! It's kinda hard to notice unless you know what your looking for, but this place is so cute and cozy! The sake is gooood and so is the food. The one downside is the it may get a bit pricey

I needed some 'medicinally spicy' food one night, and asked for a seafood combination plate as hot as they could make it. The owner was also the manager and the head chef- and she accommodated my needs with a dish that absolutely exploded with flavor- and heat. Without a doubt the best meal I had the entire time I was in South Florida!

Love this place! Always amazing Thai food. They have been in this location for a long time and the food and service is always great.
During the day the view is great you can look at the beach and water across the street with no buildings in the way. Best view ever!

Best Thai food in town ; great customer service/atmosphere. The host (Air) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu . She recommended the crispy duck and the pas to us , it was delicious. Must try the sticky rice with Mango for dessert.

This sandwich is more than just a meal...It's an experience. From the first massive bite to the very last finger lick, your taste buds are taken on a journey like no other. Nothing fancy, small eatery with the basic good breakfast food. I had breakfast three times while here on vacation. The pizza looked really good. It was made in the open kitchen. I didn't get to try it though.

Insanely delicious food. Amazing proportions. Very fair price. I ate there 3 times this week. Just remember the city of Fort Lauderdale is screwing you over by requiring 24-hour parking meters around the restaurant. Tell the city they can go to hell. Because Primanti Brothers food is in heaven

This business is open 24 hours a day and busy 24 hours a day. That tells you just how good the food is. Their medium Pizza is enough to feed two people easily.

Found this place late in to our vacation. Wish we had found it sooner. There is a meat menu as well as a vegan menu. We stopped here for breakfast and lunch which were both great. A selection of different coffees or smoothies (plus Mimosa's). Very reasonable prices with a great break front view

I was drawn to this place because I saw "vegan" plastered all over the window, so I thought why not give it a try! Boy was I wrong! The food was deplorable. The Service was awful and all servers had an attitude with every patron in there--not just me. There is NOTHING "Mediterranean" about this place. In fact, everyone who worked there was old and white. The appetizer hummus at $6.99 (partially included picture) came with one pita cut into slices. The pita was hard, and definitely packaged. It was most certainly frozen refried as opposed to fresh out the oven. The hummus was chunky, but ok. Th hummus was the most flavorful thing I got, which really isn't saying much. The falafel (picture included) on the other hand-- I didn't even know it was possible to massacre falafel in such a way. The outside wasn't fried or crispy enough and the inside tasted like it was already chewed, spit out and then fried. The consistency was SO off and mushy! The ONLY flavor I tasted was salt! It was so salty it gave me a headache and I couldn't even finish it. And at $7.19 for four pieces of tiny falafel I expected waaayy more, but I guess that was the problem: I expected quality food. Instead, I should have been hoping for garbage and maybe it wouldn't have been that bad. The "tahini" was the consistency of water and tasted like nothing but old cucumbers. Overall, I paid $15 for one of the worst meals I've had in a long time and I couldn't even finish it. For that price, I could've sat down and ate at a real Mediterranean or vegan place and enjoyed my meal thirty times more. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Save your money. If you must, Eat at your own risk.

The lentil soup is to die for! Every time I take my family here we are always pleased by the fresh food and great customer service. Highly recommend this tropical little spot!

Had an event here with 50 people. They did their best to cater to our group after some hurricane damage to the roof, but the space provided was not what we wanted. I myself messed up a little on the confusion of the event's date, but the food we ordered through McSorleys was terrible and the food order was confused with our first menu discussion and not the one on the signed agreement. Our group had a good time, but it wasn't because of the venue.

Best rooftop anywhere in Fort Lauderdale! Overlooks the ocean across the street. Very nice ambiance! Excellent lighting and sound system if you want to party on the rooftop! Everyone is super cool that works there and are always on their game. Be sure to check out some of there local events hosting DJs from around the area. Got there at opening. Had great Bloody Mary's. The staff were impressive with how thoroughly they clean the place. Staff is also very welcoming.

Me and my family were in the area trying to figure out where to go for dinner and we all love Italian food so we saw Franco's & Vinny's Restaurant and stopped by to try it out. I am a little picky when it comes to food, especially Italian food but their food was delicious. Everything me and my family ordered was very good and the price was very fair. Our waiter was very nice and always at our table when we needed him, very very good service. We are very pleased and happy we went there to eat. Whenever we are in the area, we now have a new place to go to for dinner. We also met the owner, very sweet man, came to our table to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. I ordered linguine with meat sauce, I love this place. The only thing that I would change is the sauce, it was the second time I had it and it isn't great. It's the only thing standing between 4 and 5 stars. The salad dressing is absolute perfection and the vegetables in it super fresh. Very friends staff also!
