Amazing hotel with huge rooms, big hall, plenty of extra storage, working full kitchen, all amenities inside room, big clin operated laundry space, If you like central location 50m to Ocean Drive and 1 min walk to the beach, make Sherbrooke All suites your home for vacation. Their rooms have plenty of air, sunshine coming from the tall windows and great air-conditioning, plus the full bath has a good water pressure in shower and 24 hours hot water. The bed was super comfortable too. We stayed a Full week and didn't want to leave at the end because of the comfort alone. Hats off to the Team Sherbrooke !

I see a lot of older reviews so this is my experience as the date of this.. Superb location. Close to beach and all shops it's perfectly placed. Room is large. Kitchen and fridge is great and so so helpful. Bed was comfortable and having stayed in other places in Miami it's better than a lot of other hotels.

During our stay, a friend of mine was in the bathroom and the ceiling collapsed above him. Fortunately, he immediately managed to move to avoid being hit, but falling to the ground and banging his leg. The owner initially changed our room, not worrying about our safety and our friend disappearing completely and no longer responding to calls and messages. We had booked 3 rooms, one of which is right above ours. Having collapsed the ceiling we also expected the change of the upstairs room being afraid of a total collapse of the flooring but this did not happen. A really shabby way to do business. No safety, non-existent cleaning, hair and ***** hair everywhere, even in the beds. Bathroom that got clogged every time and we had to uncork it. There isn’t no service like hotel. We don’t receive a refund. The worst experience we've had. We absolutely do not recommend it.

Well, we did not lived there ourselves, just had been recomended it from friends, and checked in at a nearby place as Sherbooke was full booked. Still we met a few customers who were really satisfied. By the standard, by the near to the Miami beach. at the reception though, we got the information for our next visit to Miami by a most professional man who told us what to do in Miami. Called Alex we got to know. All in all I recomend this ”flat hotel” of high standards. By the way it is possible to make your own food. Restaurants in Miami are somewhat ”walletemptyush” So this place with families are a good option.

I don't how a couple of ppl rated this place one star? I have been coming to south beach Miami for the past 7 years and this is the only perfect place I have ever been stayed definitely will be back the same place . it feels like your own apartment very convenient to everything . Highly recommended.

I have know Mitch for abt 16 yrs and his hospitality is the best. Now it's not a 5 star hotel but the reason I love it the most is bc of location location and that's we're you can't go Wrong!!! This hotel is near everything and you can walk everywhere plus it's a safe place to stay. I come to Miami a lot by myself just for a getaway and a great suntan and i'm not coming to Miami to set up in a hotel, I come to lay at the beach, shop, eat and have a great time. The rooms are large and I can lay my luggage and clothes all over the place and don't feel cramp. The AC in the rooms stay icy cold for the heat outdoors.

Only reason I rated 1 percent is because Mitch is only one call away . But this PLACE cause it's not a hotel is overall a mess. I won't recommend to anybody . I paid $870 and had to take my money else where because I couldn't take staying in the room.

The room was really dirty, the blankets were not changed. There was also a gap in the wall > that was the reason why it was loud and cold in the nights.

The worse service, dirty place, rude cashier attendant and when I complain about people smoking the atendente told me she can’t do anything about.

Had a $17 sandwich (South Beach prices, I guess). The bread was dry, hard, & flaking everywhere (prob not the freshest), the meat was chewy maybe with fat, and the only flavor the sandwich had was from the ~raw~ onions. I tried to enjoy myself by sitting out front, but with all the traffic noise you're better off sitting inside or using earbuds with music. Not sure if I would eat here again.

The food may be good but if you can't get waited on how do you know. Waited 15 minutes and was not waited on. When I asked if they were open, they said yes and would get someone to wait on me. I gave up and left.

A very nice restaurant right on Ocean Drive which is a center of activity in South Beach. Reasonably priced given the location. Our food and service was excellent. The photo is a view from the restaurant.

Terrible service. Sneaky discount baiting.. Saying they have but one get one free drinks and you get the bill for a 45 dollar drink! Plus they double charged me for the drink anyway!

Be careful to ask about drink pricing, be careful about uncharging ad-ons, and NEVER let your credit card out of your sight when paying! I only go to Bayside and Ocean drive with out of town company. I live here, and KNOW better...but when having a nice time, I have slipped and let the server take my CC at Bayside last year, , and now here, last week...and have had my credit card info stolen and USED from both places :( Miami is unique and can be fascinating - but be vigilent in high tourist areas!

Wish I could leave 0 stars as horrible service 20 percent gratuity added on and waitress cooked the bill adding $ for premium alcohol and my 25 dollar corona. Burger was ok fries cold ....dont do it!!!!

Service was HORRIBLE! We asked about 5 times for our bill and the waiters kept claiming it wasn't their table. We had to literally get up to get their attention and all came rushing at us claiming we were trying to leave without paying. When we stated the problem they were extremely rude, even when asked to speak the manager, she was equally as rude- as she was a part of them. The waiter blatantly lied about checking up on us "5 minutes ago" and stated she would call the police. When I told her to go ahead because we did nothing wrong - she obviously didn't. In the end two waiters ended up telling us "eff you" and the manager told us she didn't have time to deal with us after we paid. Horrible horrible customer service! Would never go back . Really ruined the south beach experience for us. Besides the service the chicken sandwich was extremely bland , would never go back there- if they had a rating less than one star, I would choose that.
