Stay away nothing good about this hotel. Nothing . I just don't have to say anything else about this place. I paid my money didnt get no room, people hanging in the lobby. Not clean. PRICELINE HELPED TAKE PEOPLE MONEY I NO THEY GOT REVIEWS AND INFORMATION ABOT HOTEL HARRISON

Completely out of business. Not there anymore. Don't waste your money. The door is open and no attendent to check you into a room. No way to stay there. Absolutely terrible and disgusting. Literal trash on the floor and smells like homeless have squatted there!!!!!

Said that all the second floor don’t work and suggested a refund. I accept the refund and they still charge me and don’t answer my mails and calls till now!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked through ********** only to get there and the hotel was closed for construction with NO NOTIFICATION from ********** or the hotel. I had to find a hotel close by, walk with my 3 small kids and mother in law with all our luggage and pay double.

Do not book this hotel!! They cancelled our booking a day before our holiday weekend trip. All surrounding hotels were sold out. They were “renovating” but didn’t give any notice besides less than 24 hours. Every phone number provided went to no longer active. The hotel they swapped us with had no booking on file. This place has to be scam!

we had a room, the Chinese suite, in the basement. Horrible and noisy. Look at the photo. We stayed close to the bottom with no roller blind or forehand. Everyone could see in from outside and cars were constantly shining into the room from the parking lot.

This place is an absolute catfish. Do not believe the pictures, they are no representative of what we experienced at all. The place had broken floors, splatters on the wall, and mold in the bathroom. The air filter looked like it had never been replaced and there was a hole under the door that we had to cover up in fear of bugs getting in. We checked out and didn’t even stay, we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and didn’t even care about losing the money. Do not stay here!

First, when I arrived there was no one at the reception, there was a handwritten paper to call, the person who did the check-in didn't even have a uniform, he looked more like a janitor on duty, there were clearly people on ***** in the common spaces, the smell of ***** is very strong (********* and other *****), during the night I heard screams, doors slamming, loud music, people arguing. There was no blanket available, the towels have a nasty smell, and the sheets look like they've been used (not cleaned). The room is in need of renovation, the ceiling is sagging, the floor is loose and dirty, the air conditioning does not work properly, the paint on the walls is peeling and had whip sticking to them, the room does not look like the pictures.
And as if it couldn't get any worse, there were cockroaches in the bedroom.
