From all appearances, LuxUrban is NOT refunding customers when they cancel rooms within the free cancellation window FOR ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. They have numerous reviews from all of their locations... google their properties... where people have cancelled the room only to be left waiting for the refund months later. Miami, New York, New Orleans, LA. According to various websites the company is bad financial shape yet they continue to accept reservations with a promise of a refund BUT do not refund cancellations. This is terrible business practice. DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY OR HOTEL. If they begin refunding those they have taken money from, I will gladly update my review.

It wasn’t that bad after we had to get moved 2 TIMES.! The service wasn’t bad at all. The first time we had to get moves was because they had no water(room 308). The second time we had to get moves was because of termites and I have a photo.The people up front was amazing.

Awful. The worst part is the cleaners. They provide you with one towel each. No hand towel. No bath mat. One toilet roll every two days if you’re lucky. They don’t clean anything they make the bed, give u a towel, flick a cloth around the sink and leave it soaking wet in your room and go. The floor is absolutely filthy they don’t sweep or hoover it at all. Now the room itself. So basic beyond belief. All it has is a bed. No wardrobe, no mirror, no bin. There’s a tiny “bin” (a ceramic plant pot) in the bathroom but most days they change the bin liner and don’t bother putting a new one in. Also don’t bother bringing your own appliances like a hairdryer etc if you’re staying here as they limit the power so it won’t work. The aircon unit is so old it’s like a radiator blowing out air. When the tiny fridge kicks in the lights dim as it seems the hotel can’t afford their electric bill. When you flush the toilet the new water is boiling hot and when you shower the pressure drops every time someone else in the hotel turns the tap on. Blinds are absolutely useless let all the sunlight in you may aswell leave them open. The hotel’s entrance is difficult to find at first aswell as there’s no sign looks like you’re entering a shop. The front desk is an office desk with a small computer. The pool is filthy never saw anyone use it and I wouldn’t either. No bar nothing here. I wouldn’t waste your money. The location is okay for the shops but honestly go elsewhere!

We had initially booked a king-size room for four nights at a three-star hotel through Booking, but an email informed us we would be relocated to another establishment in the group due to unexpected construction work for safety reasons. Upon arrival, we discovered that this so-called “hotel” did not have even one star, far from the three stars we were promised. The reception was merely an old wooden desk in the main room, and the rooms were more akin to dormitory or hostel accommodations than those of a hotel. We had a twin bunk beds. After filing a complaint, our room was changed to one king bedroom only halfway through our stay. Despite assurances of a refund for the first two nights from various staff members and the manager, we are still waiting for this refund. The emails we have sent have gone unanswered. Cleanliness was also appalling, with a strong smell of dampness and mustiness. Honestly, I struggle to see how this place can be called a hotel; it is disgraceful. Nonetheless, it should be noted that the kindness of some staff members, the good location, and the nice pool area were the only positive aspects of this disastrous stay

I am rating this hotel a single star because there was not an option for none. Back in January, I had booked a stay for March 21st - 25th for Miami music week. When booking this hotel, you are able to modify/cancel the reservation up to 72-hours before check-in. As long as the modification or cancelation happend before that, you are entitled to a FULL refund. I ended up booking a different hotel that was a closer walk to the event, and canceled my reservation on March 12th (over a week prior to check-in) and was provided a confirmation number. I was told it would be 7-10 business days for my refund. We are now at almost a MONTH after cancelation was confirmed, and still have not seen the refund hit my account. I have called and spoke to the front desk on 03/29 , 04/2 , and 4/9.. I have asked for managers, a contact within a refunds department, an extention to call beyond front desk, but front desk says the only way is to email which they have now twice, and STILL NO REFUND. Maybe this review will cross the desk of someone who can get something in motion. I have never had this kind of issue from any other hotel under the Wyndham brand! When booking this hotel, make sure to use a credit card so you can dispute when this hotel decides to not effectively run a proper business.

Very good situation, the best place for tourist in New York. If you want to be in a good hotel, do not hesitate. In the middle of Manhatan it will be the best choice for enjoying New York. Very Good ratio money quality

Very slow service; fish was very good, vegetables are not good at all, mozzarella is lacking taste and far from the real thing. Too expensive for what they give you

Sardinia is a restaurant frequented by locals and tourists, they offer a good Brunch menu and bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne for $50 at select times. Its atmosphere is casual, relaxed and ideal for a drink at the bar or enjoy with friends or family. They also offer paellas made with couscous.

I wish we didn't wait so many years to come here. Friends have been recommending this place since they opened and I am happy we finally made it. Our waiter made excellent recommendations and the service was warm & friendly. We will be coming back soon.

Everything was good in the beginning. But then 15 min before they close the restaurant my server asked us about more drinks and we are ordered 2 more drinks. He brought it to us and asked us to pay. After that server just stayed in front of us and waited us to done. After 20 min we are gave up. It's so uncomfortable to have a drinks when all stuff looking straight to your mouth.

Barceloneta is in the best part of south beach when you are looking for a local spot. The area is nice and calm compared to the touristy loud places.

The food is tasty and representative of the good Spanish food. Additionally, the cocktail la are great quality and the process are fair.

I highly recommend this place when you want to grab good cocktail and great Spanish food.

Most plates are Tapas sized but generous for sharing. The attention to fresh flavors never disappoints and they are true to Spanish cuisine. It's a lively environment that can be enjoyed on a date night, with a group and even with family/kids. Service is on too of everything and always prompt.

The beef dumplings were some of the best I've ever had. The ramen was solid although not traditional I went with the mofungu. Sunchoke burata was interesting and spicy.

Great Concept : Poor Execution
Easily overwhelmed staff, long wait for food when only a few patrons are seated, poor value for your money. Nice staff (mostly), but service is just OK. Hold on to your plate, or it WILL be taken away (without asking). Drinks are watered down. Good Pork Belly Al Pastor Dumplings.

We’ve had a dinner at Pubbelly Noodle this evening and it was truly amazing. There is so much choice that you can get lost reading menus but our waitress ( some girl from Eastern Europe, forgot her name )helped to pick a few things. A Fumanchu cocktail is a must try! Also loved desert chocolate pudding . Great food and friendly service. Definitely coming back.
