Extremely dirty, poor service, with faulty bathrooms, everything rusty

A terrible place. The bathroom was filthy, definitely not cleaned after the previous guest. But worst of all, the air conditioning is always on full blast and can't be turned off because it's a shared system for the entire building. The room was freezing, with strong drafts and loud noise. We fled to another hotel.

The location is good, but the facilities are old and the service is not good. There is no parking lot. I made a reservation because it said there was parking, but I had to pay an additional fee of $40 to park in the public parking lot next door.

There were hairs in the sink as if someone had shaved. There was no soap or shampoo. Very bad attention from the janitor, and too much light enters the room at night.

The room is quite stylish, but the configuration is very simple, with only towels and a small piece of soap, the central air conditioning is very cold, there is no quilt, only a thin sheet to cover, the location is not bad, just a few minutes walk to the beach

I recently stayed at Notebook Miami Beach Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that essential amenities such as hand wash, Toothbrush and paste were missing from the bathroom.
Additionally, the toilet flush was in poor condition and did not function properly, which caused considerable inconvenience. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned the following day, despite the expectation of daily housekeeping services.
For the price and reputation of the hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. Finally when it was my turn
the person told me he knew about the door but hadn’t been able to check so I told him to change my room because we were running late, and he did.
There were no toiletries at all whatsoever.
The parking is too expensive. As with other hotels, motels and inns etc, it should be included.
Other than that the first person to was extraordinary nice and helped me out.

Very sad hotel with a lot of paint. Dirty bathroom, dirty floors, and extremely uncomfortable bed. Do not stay here. The picture are a lie. Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

I used to eat at the carrabba's near sunset place.. I prefer that one over this one. Service and food were much better.

Last night, on our first evening in Miami Beach, my daughter and I had the amazing opportunity to have my birthday celebration at Carrabbas. The customer service was fantastic! The hostess was so kind. Then our amazing waiter, Hardley, was so outgoing and friendly we were glad we started our trip at the Miami Beach Carrabbas! The Chicken Bryan is our favorite and it was as good as ever. The service was incredibly fast and the tiramisu was even better than I remembered! All in all, 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Carrabbas!

Service here is slow and not very accurate. Our hostess was absolutely great in getting us on the list and seating us. I noticed several customers complaining about wait times (this restaurant can get packed), but the hostess was swift in troubleshooting.
Our waiter was very polite but very slow. It took us over 15 minutes from sitting to ordering drinks. Our waiter may have been new to the restaurant as he had to go to the back of the bar several times to consult on some questions we asked about the Monday menu. He came back later two times to double check what we ordered. I ended up actually receiving the wrong side with my entree and my partner received the wrong salad with hers.
Food was good, if a little lukewarm. The Pasta Weesie was very watery, but the noodles tasted almost homemade. My lasagna was good, if a little salty.
We ordered a quartino of wine, which was very fairly priced for the taste. I did, however, receive a glass with lip marks on the rim. The dishwashers need to be a little more attentive with glassware.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Service was friendly if a little lackluster. Food was not bad for the price. Not the best Carrabba's I have been to, but one I would consider a second trip to compare.

Prompt welcome, quick service, good range of choices for food and drinks. Has a rich bar with high chairs, so you can have your time before or without food. Has open kitchen and you see all processes. Food is delicious, big portions, very friendly prices. Did not feel like a tourist for a second. It has a hall for the big groups and few more areas with small tables and boots for couples and friends, so you can have your own space. All in all, very pleasant surprise. Should be promoted more.

Like most hotels everything is over priced which is fine. What I have a problem with is the additional gratuity already added in. The service was so slow. I saw our drinks ready for quite a while sitting getting warm with our waitress disappearing as usual. This place is dead. Avoid this place at all cost. Or avoid Christina as a waitress.

Sat at the bar and it was really fun. There was a Dj playing some awesome music. Bartenders were fun to watch and very attentive as well. I ordered the pasta primavera and it was good. Drinks were delicious.
