Last minute trip the staff at this place are so amazing and the rooms are large and comfy. About 2 blocks to the beach and it’s surrounded with restaurants and grocery stores

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I've ever stayed at. Carpet was disgusting, I found mold everywhere, multiple cockroaches, and bed bugs. I told the owner and they promised a refund then strung me along for a week pretending they'd given the refund before they finally admitted they were lying the whole time. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Excellent spacious and bright rooms, very helpful staff at reception, very kind staff on breakfast which was delicious! And very kind staff on housekeeping. Very nicely decorated, centrally located, we totally recommend it!

The hotel was nice, cozy, clean & great location. BUT the best part of our stay was Daniela, she was the best!! She made sure we had everything we needed. Her smile and grace was a nice welcoming. Perfect 3 star hotel. Rooms are fairly new. Really clean. Staff is helpful. 3 minute walk to the beach. Don't forget to ask towels and chairs for the beach you can borrow then for free. Not the best breakfast but no complaints, because eating in Miami is super expensive. So at least you save that. You get bagels, muffin, cereal, juice and coffee.

Staff seemed nice, entire hotel was clean, decor extremely cute and modern. It's a no thrill hotel down the block from the beach. No free parking available and really, no local spots for late night fun, which kind of stunk.

This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Their is zero service or hospitality. The staff are extremely rude. They did not service the room, they were abrupt when we called reception. This Hotel I believe is owned by Brazilians for Brazilians. It is not a full service Hotel. Poor value for money compared to other Hotels of similar standard. I would never stop here again. If you wanted to be treated like dirt this is the place to be.

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Miami Beach. The hotel is definitely in a great location and their breakfast while not hot is well put together. I only wish they had more seating or a larger area to eat but the small size of it also works because it gives you some coziness. It is also possible to sit outside to eat breakfast if you come early enough since there are only two tables outside. Breakfast had a nice variety to pick from. The room was amazingly awesome full of snacks and a small fridge overly full with alcohol for those that want to pay for the extras. it's nice to have the options if one does not want to have to go to the store. my room had an excellent View. Valet parking is a little expensive however there are plenty of street parking. The outside of the hotel definitely does not do it any justice. I felt that the hotel was reasonably price and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Miami Beach area because it is extremely convenient to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants.

There's no parking
There's no service from staff at night
There's no in house facilities.
There's only 1 public toilet in the lobby and for good measure the toilet in our room was out of order. Which means everytime we had to go we had to go downstairs.
Breakfast is continental and they use what ever limited lobby space, which is already so small to put in a few tables for breakfast.
We could not control the air conditioner and we only got a sheet to sleep with. Even the extra we asked for was paper thin. It was cold.
The hotel doesn't even give free tea and coffee in the room.
The only good enough thing about the hotel is that it was walking distance from the beach.

We've loved our experience here. The room was stunning and the receptionist were super kind to us. Maybe is usual there but what I didn't understand when we greeted like "Hello" to the room maids and they said no single thing. Is this behavior common in the Estates?
The breakfast was delicious but no much people there liked to have breakfast near a 9 month baby, Not even que waiter.The waiter was visibly angry with my baby boy sounds and actions and she started to have awkward look of disapproval language about us with the receptionist.

It was a fun little hotel, in a great location. We enjoyed the continental breakfast very much. My only somewhat negative experience was the fact that the shower didn't have a door. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom floor would get all wet and we had to use just about every one of our towels. Also, the walls are thin, so you do hear the neighbors pretty easily. But, it wouldn't keep us from returning. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff was very courteous.

Last night, on our first evening in Miami Beach, my daughter and I had the amazing opportunity to have my birthday celebration at Carrabbas. The customer service was fantastic! The hostess was so kind. Then our amazing waiter, Hardley, was so outgoing and friendly we were glad we started our trip at the Miami Beach Carrabbas! The Chicken Bryan is our favorite and it was as good as ever. The service was incredibly fast and the tiramisu was even better than I remembered! All in all, 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Carrabbas!

Service here is slow and not very accurate. Our hostess was absolutely great in getting us on the list and seating us. I noticed several customers complaining about wait times (this restaurant can get packed), but the hostess was swift in troubleshooting.

Our waiter was very polite but very slow. It took us over 15 minutes from sitting to ordering drinks. Our waiter may have been new to the restaurant as he had to go to the back of the bar several times to consult on some questions we asked about the Monday menu. He came back later two times to double check what we ordered. I ended up actually receiving the wrong side with my entree and my partner received the wrong salad with hers.

Food was good, if a little lukewarm. The Pasta Weesie was very watery, but the noodles tasted almost homemade. My lasagna was good, if a little salty.

We ordered a quartino of wine, which was very fairly priced for the taste. I did, however, receive a glass with lip marks on the rim. The dishwashers need to be a little more attentive with glassware.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Service was friendly if a little lackluster. Food was not bad for the price. Not the best Carrabba's I have been to, but one I would consider a second trip to compare.

Prompt welcome, quick service, good range of choices for food and drinks. Has a rich bar with high chairs, so you can have your time before or without food. Has open kitchen and you see all processes. Food is delicious, big portions, very friendly prices. Did not feel like a tourist for a second. It has a hall for the big groups and few more areas with small tables and boots for couples and friends, so you can have your own space. All in all, very pleasant surprise. Should be promoted more.

Made a reservation one month in advance for a brunch special occasion, friends flying in from NYC. I received a phone call to confirm my reservation 2 days before the big day and I am informed they will not be having brunch only a la cart menu. “Are you kidding me, that’s the reason why I picked this place in the first place”. So, obviously I am upset, why didn’t they yell me this a month ago when I made the reservation, not two days prior. So Noe I have to scramble with only 1 day to choose another place... I asked for the GM to call me and he never did..... brunch is good but the professionalism is far from adequate. Thanks for screwing my special brunch day Cecconi’s....

Don't go to this restaurant under any circumstances. They have a terrible service. The waitress insulted us. We were a group of 10 people and the waitress refuses to slip the check at the end. Make sure you do an MBA before to go to the restaurant because you will not relax and get few food for a so expensive price. So please trust me don't go.
