Perfect for a concert at the Kia Center! We could walk to the venue. The Sky Bar and staff were awesome! It was a quick in and out - but great for what we needed!

Perfect for business travellers. Also have great printing and concierge services which helped us a lot

We had no issues with the stay itself. The host who checked me in was prompt and professional. She recommended local places to eat and visit. The room was clean and tidy. We had a delay in retrieving the car, however, it was after the game. I would recommend that the valet send a more accurate wate time or text when the car was ready as we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes.

The room is nice, the service is average, like a quasi-four-star hotel

15.04.2025 Guest

The room is very new and the location is very good. It is right next to the Kia Center and is very convenient for watching concerts and ball games!

The hotel is perfectly located for Orlando Magic games

We were very excited to stay here. Excellent location for concerts, roof top bar, restaurants to walk to. Did not expect tooth paste spatterings on wall in bathroom, or mold in the grout. When I made coffee in the room and added creamer it curdled - must have been quite old. Reported to front desk. They were very concerned and asked what they could to for us - really didn't know what to say or how to ask for compensation. Not what we expected for $300 a night.

First class hotel, which one can only recommend!

Parking costs are high. But the environment is very good, very new and clean. High cost performance.

If you're hungry this isn't the place for you. EXTREMELY SMALL PORTIONS for your hard earned money. The food was flavorful but literally after four bites of my chicken dinner it was gone. It was about 2oz of chicken with some sauce dripped over it and topped with an onion $14.00... Could have gone to Chain restaurant like Chillies and got more food by ordering an appetizer. We ordered the shrimp cevieche appetizer and it was one large shrimp cut into 4 pieces with a couple of slices of mango covered in what tasted like pineapple juice....$13.00. When my fathers dinner arrived we thought they brought us someone's appetizer by mistake because it was so small. When we were told it was his meal we all looked at each other and laughed.....So dont waste your time or money eating here you'll leave hungry and broke.

Visited the event venue upstairs for a wedding and reception this past weekend. The event space was very nice. The food was excellent! The table settings and flowers were beautiful. The entire space is great for a special event.

03.12.2017 Helene

Delicious food - we tried 12 of their dishes that we all shared! love their gambas, paella and sardines! The restaurant is open on a beautiful street, and the decor is amazing. Great place to go with friends. *They could work on training their staff, need to be more aware of customers -for exemple they did not took the plates away after diner was done.

11.11.2017 Todd

We had our wedding here on March 12, 2017. Kelly and the ceviche event team were absolutely amazing. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Of course the food is always amazing, my first time eating at Ceviche was for the tasting, I am now a customer for life. Not only was the food excellent but the way Kelly and her team set up the room was more beautiful than we could have imagined. Kelly made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and was always there in one way or another with answers to our questions, recommendation of vendors etc... Debbie and I are eternally grateful to the entire staff at Ceviche for making our day truly amazing!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Sincerely,
Todd and Debbie Wexler

We have visited Victoria & Albert's many, many times and always delighted. The staff is absolutely the best, with your own butler. It is the finest of true Fine Dining. The wine pairings are superb and the cuisine is simply the very best of everything. We always go for my birthday and special occasions. The harp is my favorite dining music, softly playing while dining. They are very eager to please and the experience is always "The Best" of everything. See you all soon and thank you for making each visit a remarkable experience! Lavish with beautiful atmosphere!

Never a long line at this Starbucks and the staff is very friendly. The store is a bit small but very convenient for me to get to from work. Always happy with the drinks and service

22.04.2017 Iwan

Good place, quick service. No free WiFi, you have to ask for access code.

19.04.2017 Katie

Typically a busy location as it is in the heart of the downtown business district, and it serves the hotel. But they're usually pretty quick. I'm not sure if it's a frequent thing or I just happen to go on days when their system isn't accepting gift cards as payment, but today was one of those days. I brought my debit card just in case this time, but the barista was kind enough to comp my drink for the inconvenience.

16.03.2017 Nicholas

Friendly staff, little slow but a beautiful location

30.01.2017 SparklePiaffe

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It's fun to look around the hotel too.
