Reviews
The online photos are extremely misleading. There's got to be some truth in advertising.
It was difficult to find the hotel since the light on the main sign at the entrance from the street was burned out. So was the neon sign on the hotel itself.
Virtually anything that could have been wrong with the room was wrong with the room. Paint was peeling on the walls, lights didn't work, the place was filthy, the towel rack was crooked and the vents in the bathroom were falling from the ceiling. The bathroom fan and light wouldn't shut off and there were gaping holes in the shower where mold will surely be accumulating from all the water penetrating. There was soap and toilet paper left from the last unfortunate guest. Also, the the tub finish was was almost entirely gone. I was worried about bed bugs, barely slept and was afraid to use the shower or walk around without shoes on. It's also very clear that there are people living in the hotel full-time.
What a disgusting surprise but we arrived so late and had to get up early for a conference so we unfortunately didn't have the luxury of cancelling our reservation after seeing the state of the place.
I have plenty of photos I could show you but I am quite sure that I am not the first person to complain and you must already be aware of the state of the place. In fact, when I went to the front desk to express my concerns there were two other guests there doing the same thing.
I don't know how you could possibly expect positive reviews, referrals or repeat customers.
Miserable motel at a miserable location, with miserable staffs, provide miserable service, ask for a substantial but miserable deposit, return to guest in a miserable envelope, after front desk went off to the room to check in person if there was any damage, as if people have any miserable interest with their miserable amenities as well as outdated equipments.
I meant to say, take a piss and look at your miserable selves from that piss.
I’d call it, know your-miserable-selves.
For the price which I find reasonable it's an adequate layover hotel.
Cheap and clean bed
Didn’t feel unsafe so to each their own but definitely got what I paid for lol
Pay deposit .
I booked on the behalf of the company for our worker
Guy in the Reception didn’t allow our worker to enter to the room unless we pay deposit it is not professional to do this .
We have paid the hotel and not able to enter
.it is first time which has been faced with hotel that they require deposit when we booked with Trip.com
I hope and believe that service will be approved
Thanks in advance for consideration
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
But above average food and people so they get an extra star. I just use cash now.
