MONTREAL SUITES ORLANDO by IHG in Orlando

Hotel was pretty dated and not very clean. Carpet and curtains were stained. We had ants in our room. The towels were extremely small... could barely wrap around an adult. As others have stated the A/C unit is right next to the bed and pretty loud when it goes on and off throughout the night. That being said the beds and pillows were comfortable and the front desk was accommodating when needing extra towels and pillows (although they should consider providing extras in the room for a 6-person unit). The full size fridge was nice for storing snacks and drinks for Disney. It is fairly close to Disney Springs, although the traffic in the area is pretty heavy so it’s still probably a 20 minute drive. Probably won’t stay again - I’ll spend an extra $30 a night to stay somewhere nicer.

Absolute worst staff I've ever encountered in my years of staying in hotels. Room service was as simple as taking trash and making the beds with the already dirty sheets, and only happens upon request. They also left me with a half used lotion bottle and a half used shampoo bottle after "cleaning" and I haven't used their lotion or shampoo since I got here. Not to mention the fact that someone randomly peeked into my room for 5 or so seconds without knocking, apologizing or at least explaining why they randomly opened and looked into my hotel room. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely terrible.. When me and my cousin first got there we both went to our beds and my cousins bed was fine but there WERE roaches in mine.. I told the front desk and they relocated us to another room so I went on the beds they were fine this time I went to turn on the stove and they dont work :( I didn't want to be a noosance to the employees so I just left it. I will definitely not be staying here again but on the bright side the breakfast was good atleast.

If you do not listen to any other review please listen to mine. this hotel is only a good idea if u are okay with saving money and just want a place to sleep. Gabby is very nice. the hotel is not very clean. the breakfast is free but no variety and not very good. they are remodeling which is fine and needed. there was hair all over our fleece sheet. the elevator takes so long to arrive. the rest of the staff is not very nice. the fitness center was out due to sprinklers. great location. I will be back to Orlando but will not stay here ever.

Bugs, lots of tiny bugs,rooms smell badly and dirty,online pictures shows nice rooms but they are not,fridge very noisy you can’t sleep properly. Night time if you want something they always says please come and pick.My recommendation stay away from this hotel.
Front desk specially working in day time she is cooperative and good.

BUGS. Lots of little tiny BUGS. Not sure what kind of bugs they are but they are very tiny and lots of them. They kind of looked like micro ants but they were so small and so fast you couldn't really make them out. The first day we noticed a few of them running around. And we didn't think to much about it but when we woke the next day there were hundreds maybe thousands all over the counters, the floors and our stuff. Had to throw away all of our snack food (like opened bags of chips) as the BUGS were all around everything. We were very upset to say the least. We told the person at the desk and he told us we could move to a different room. So we did. But it took way longer then we wanted and did not make it to our destination at the time we wanted too. No apologies or nothing for our troubles. Oh, and guess what. The second room had them too. Just not as bad but still there. I had a hard time sleeping at night because I thought I felt BUGS on me all night. And truthfully I probably did have them on me.
The breakfast was ok. But the same thing every morning. The floor was so sticky it would almost rip your shoes off. The floor slightly less sticky on the 3rd day but still sticky non the less. It seamed like every room on the lower level was under construction with construction workers taking up all the good parking spots.
Staff was friendly. Especially the guy at the information desk. Fully stocked kitchen (with dishes) was awesome. Rooms were ok. The location was awesome. Very easy to get to with very little traffic coming or going to the parks. Would have been a good stay if it wasn't for the bugs. But because of the BUGS I would recommend staying somewhere else on the same street.
