Days Inn by Wyndham Orlando Conv. Center/International Dr in Orlando

They messed up my order and lied that it was not on ticket. I ordered breakfast online asked for no butter. I go to pick up my food, checked it and there is butter on it. No problem right? Just get them to fix it. I tell cashier and he says "It is not on the ticket or receipt" and walks away.

I pull out my receipt and show his coworker then he comes back,grabs it, and says we will fix it. To be honest I should have asked for a full refund because food was terrible. And they forgot my toast. Worst IHOP ever and I won't be going back. Just go to McDonalds next door.

I tried to use a coupon to get a free medium fries from the Mcdonald app along with my other items i purchased and after the scanned the coupon they gave me small fries. I even heard them making comments about the free coupon. Also the women at the window seem to be fooling around too much hence the extremely long line during lunch and dinner times. I stopped by 4 times in one week and had an issue each time.

The young white guy at the first window is really nice though hence the 2 stars instead of 1

Took forever, which I've gotten used too, being a very popular location close to the tourist traps of international drive. But the service and order quality has been way less that satisfactory more times than I could count. And not to forget, neither of my kids of my kids even got the "Pokemon toy" or any toy for that matter that they asked for.

Way overpriced. Food was not very good quality at all, especially for the price. There were only two of us and it took almost an hour to get our entree. Would not recommend to others.

It was a Monday night, very slow and only 2 tables with a total of 4 people eating. Picture this:
There was a mature lady as a hostess, another tall girl as waitress, one man with a green shirt helping and my waitress which was afro-american. All this people to serve just a couple of tables and it was a total disappointment.

I ordered an onion soup, which was served cold. I told the waitress that it was cold "room temp" and politely asked her to heat it up for me.
15 min later she comes again with a LUKEWARM onion soup which I had to pay but didn't eat. This was the second time, she had to now it was not right and if she didn't, then she should not be working there.

Ok no problema, I let it go. But after waiting another 18 minutes she show up with my entree, "free range chicken". It was also cold, just the top part was a little warm.
Who likes to eat cold? Not even in a shelter...

Because I didn't eat the chicken either, just had a few bites, I ordered dessert. Apple tart / pie with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was good, the apple piece was old. It was made with puff pastry and it seems like it was several days old because it was dry and hard. I am taking my time to write this review, in case somebody cares about it. There is so many people that would appreciate to work there and earn good money.
This crew who is working there right now do not deserve to be there because they just do not care. Well probably was only the waitress that was taking care of me who doesn't care. But hey, nobody has any control on her? The chef? Manager? Captain?
Ultimately, who is responsible for serving me cold food?
Who is responsible for making sure I am getting a quality meal? Hello...
