Very practical location and we loved the free parking option! They are very strict to the check in time but the room was absolutely spotless and we received a few discount coupons to use in the food stores near their lobby.

Fortunately, it was for convenience.

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

The hotel facilities are good. You can see a corner of Disney's fireworks from the room. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus to take guests to several Disney parks at fixed times, which is very convenient.

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.

Overall we had a great stay. The cottage we had was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We did use the hot tub and had some issue but it was fixed the next day. Checking in and out was fast. The hotel is old and dingy and reeks of bug spray. The dust on the night stand and lamp was thick. Beds were clean, towels were clean, floors were FILTHY. Clean room but we got a kitchenette and it is small and dont have stove, also be careful lwoth the charges , hotel charge a d deposit , i had it charge 2 times and they said it was pending, yeah right.
