The hotel facilities were great, and it was very close to the airport. The breakfast was decent. The only downside was that when I checked in, I told the hotel I had a car, but they didn't ask for my license plate number. When I checked out, there was a receipt on my car, and when I went to pay, I found that in addition to the parking fee, they also charged a service fee.

The room is very large and spacious. It is stress-free for two people to stay in. It is only five minutes away from the airport and surrounded by green plants. It is a great location.

All was very clean except for the floor which was gritty and not mopped. Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

This Spark by Hilton hotel seems to have been recently upgraded. The service was excellent and consistent, and the rooms were quite clean. It offers a standard continental breakfast; it would be even better if they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Parking is also convenient. The surrounding amenities are great, and transportation is easily accessible.

Clean room but we got a kitchenette and it is small and dont have stove, also be careful lwoth the charges , hotel charge a d deposit , i had it charge 2 times and they said it was pending, yeah right. I've stayed at Galleria with my two children. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the cookies served in the lobby after 4:00 p.m. are excellent! It's a nice place. I strongly recommend The Monumental Movieland Hotel. It's the only place I stay when I go to Central Florida. The prices are more than fair, considering you're staying right on "I-Drive". The folks are very nice and accommodating. And the location is close to everything you may want or need.

Good stay, my only complaint is that they stopped cleaning the room the day before check-out. This is because cleaning was requested every day. The breakfast was better in terms of quality and quantity of fruit available (fruit salad). Remember that I stay with you often. Was happily surprised at the size and condition of our room. I don’t know if we were upgraded because we weren’t told, but it was awesome. The ability to literally walk across the street to grab extra clothing or personal items at the several stores was helpful!!

We have been going to all of Westgate resorts for over 31 years. This is one of their most updated decor facilities in the area. It is a smaller…more hotel style as opposed to a resort style. Not that big of a food selection but they have the basics and then some. Thunder a bit overpriced. They wanted $2 per topping for a burger no matter whether it was cheese, sauteed onions, bacon, whatever.

Good service, the bed sheets need to be renovated. I truly believe the human factor has been the most important asset the resort has. The administration should invest more in maintaining their asset. Overall satisfied with the experience.
