The room was okay but was on a ground floor which I didn’t like, the sunrise part of the hotel was so much better than the sunset rooms. Pool was great and the terrace too!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Hotel is very clean and chic looking. Nice cafe on a corner. I wish their pool was heated, water was very cold.

The room we stayed in was in another building, and the decoration was old, definitely not the 2022 decoration stated on the page. It was connected to the restaurant, and there was a lingering smell in the elevator. If it wasn't for the price of 1700+ per night, we would have thought it was OK. I saw other travelers staying for one night at the hotel front desk and they were basically half the price.

It was really close to Miami South Beach.
The best place to go to the beach
The rooftop pool is also large, so I went up there to relax for a while.
I spent some time drinking wine served at the rooftop bar around 8 o'clock.
There were so many benefits within the hotel that it was difficult to enjoy them all.
They said they would provide two beach chairs at South Beach 18, but it's a shame I couldn't enjoy it due to time constraints.

The environment is beautiful and the grade is acceptable. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast shop, so I have to go out to have breakfast by myself. In addition, there is a service fee for the resort outside, which is about 250 yuan a night, and the service fee for dining outside is also surprisingly high. A uniform 20% service fee is charged. If you come here to play, prepare enough money first.

Came here to have a romantic date, was seated so close to another couple that the vibe was destroyed. Checked the menu, prices were outrageous, decided to try an appetizer anyway. Had the beef tartare, completely disappointed for the price... I can make better beef tartare at home...

For the price, I would've expected an overall superior experience to what we had. We ended up going to Ferraro's Kitchen Restaurant and Wine Bar, which was a far more welcoming experience from start to finish.

When we arrived the hostess was short and rude, just really acted like someone who hated her job and everyone that csme in there. we only had 4 out of our 6 people in the party and she said she couldn't seat us. We told her we were going to order apps and drinks... finally she seated us but only at a four person table. She said we could "slide up two more chairs when they got there".

The servers were mostly nice after that, but the service was extremely slow and undependable. The food was decent at best but WAY over priced, especially for the quality.

The food is good but the service is awful! If I could provide no stars I would. Sit in the bar, the servers are much friendlier up there! Our waiter disappeared. We were the first reservation to show up and the room was empty so we weren't even that busy. Then the manager shows up long after we requested the bill, like 30 mins after and has an attitude with us. Again no waiter in sight... Now he can't split the bill for us and gives an attitude about it when someone in be party asked. I don't spend spend 100 bucks for dinner to wait and be yelled out... Not worth it!

I love this place! Beautiful people everywhere. The music is awesome the decor is smashing, food... 99th percentile for sure as far as Japanese cuisine on the beach.

Buffet was horrible. Old food, not fresh, warmed up for like hours. The drinks were horrible and the sweets were left in room temperature for hours. But the staff was pretty great.
