My husband and I stayed at Vive for 4 nights, and loved it so much. The staff is amazing, they welcomed us with a glass of pineapple juice and upgraded us to a better room. I recommend creating an account on their website, if you do so they give you 50% off valet parking, free room upgrade (when available), and they give you one extra hour to check-out. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. In addition to that, they provide FREE beach gear (towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, chairs, and tote bags). No hidden fees when you book through their website. Also, the location is great, only a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach and super close to restaurants. Once again, the staff is the best part of staying at Vive. Super recommended and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Honolulu.

From the moment we checked in to check out. Wonderful hotel. 5 mins from the beach and local shopping. Room was cozy and comfortable. Robes were a nice bonus! Coffee and water available 24/7. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Honolulu

Very nice place, with great service and reasonable prices (meaning Waikiki of course :)). Location is fantastic - just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast is good, didn't need anything else. The only thing - parking (valet) price - $40, but it's Waikiki, guys, and even better than in the other places. Overall very satisfied and will come back!

The Vive Hotel was a great experience! I had a wonderful ocean view room and although it was small, it was very comfy. Beach gear and a filling breakfast is provided and you can’t beat the location! The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. I would definitely go back. The only down side was the air conditioner was loud and it woke me up clunking on and off but I would say the experience, amenities and location still made it a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at Vive hotel. The location was super convenient, breakfast was great, and it was always quiet in our room, despite being in busy Waikiki. They have beach gear to borrow, filtered water, and 24/7 coffee. The best thing about Vive was the level of service. All of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful, including the valet, front desk, housekeeping, etc. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Upon check-in on October 9th, I was guided by Mr. Dean, a Korean-speaking employee, to pay $120 for three-day parking, $102.63 for the resort fee, and a $100 deposit, for a total of $336.7633. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I canceled the payment the next day and repaid it with a different card.
After checking out on the 12th, it's currently the 17th, and I still haven't received a refund for the $336.76 I canceled from my initial payment, and the $100 deposit I repaid with a different card has not been refunded.
Please confirm and expedite the processing.

Amazing hotel in Hawaii! 🌴 Perfect location, just steps from the beach. We were warmly welcomed such friendly and caring staff! Delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere, and everything you need for a perfect beach day: towels, sunscreen, and more. Great place for families highly recommend!

The air conditioner is a bit loud. The shower gel design is reasonable but inconvenient to use. There is no kettle and you have to get hot water on the first floor, which is a bit troublesome. Other than that, it's good. The front desk is very friendly. The scenery is nice. The bus stop is next to it, which is convenient.

This is a cheaper hotel in Hawaii, but the front desk and house cleaning are solid, so I recommend it over other hotels. My friend who traveled with me stayed at another hotel, but it seemed like he had trouble with not having enough hot water. He had no trouble at this hotel.

Welcome drinks were a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Valet parking is $40 daily. The location is super convenient. My main critiques are the slightly dated decor and the noisy window AC unit. Also, street-facing rooms can get a bit loud in the mornings. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of fruit, but service wraps up quite early – by 9:30 AM, most of the food was already cleared away.

When they started charging for birthday and and other celebration signs that divers placed in the fish tank that was the first sign that this place was going downhill. Food here was better about 10 years ago.

lots of fun for little kids. they are closed for renovations. nobu bar will be opening up here. the "tanked" guys will be building the new aquarium.

The aquarium is amazing and there are mermaids in the tank in the evening. The food was so delicious that I have been back multiple times. Each night the buffet changes. The breakfast buffet it huge and has an amazing selection of fruit, pastries, hot and cold choices. Wow

The entire restaurant experience revolves around the spectacle of the aquarium. It is very entertaining. They have beautiful women in mermaid outfits that will swim by. Visually memorizing. But based on their food, it's really not worth it.

Two conditions gives this McDonald's only 1 star: 1.- Customers chit-chat loudly and management permit them to be disruptive. If you want a quite place to enjoy a meal 'this is not it.' 2.- Third World Countries female employees also shout and yell to communicate with each other, and they treat American customers as "I can do anything I want and you have no recourse."

Not a long queue..Food was excellent..place was clean..friendly staff although there should be more advertising on the outside as I walked past it twice not knowing it was there..Google to find it! :)

It's literally off of wakiki beach, so its very convenient. Food is actually not bad, I forgot to try their spam meal, but other than that I had a pleasant time there the employees are pretty nice and the food was always nice and hot. They don't have bathrooms which I thought was weird, especially since the building looked new. We came here almost every day because it was close to our airbnb.
