This was the worse Marriott property I have ever stayed in. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. NONE! The shower was extremely SMALL! Someone who was 250-300 pounds would not have fit in the shower.
Front desk and housekeeping never answered the phone and I called numerous times.
The workers were pleasant but the room I stayed in was sub standard. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, target, coffee, and the beach. The rooms have paper thin walls and all night we heard noisy people, trucks outside, roosters, etc, it was LOUD! One of our rooms was super hot the whole day.

My order is under hotel name "Waikiki Beach Marriott"(as shown in the confirmation letter), but what I actually have is "Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach". They are totally two different hotels.
The actual destination hotel was not what I expected; I remember using filters to search for hotels that were only 4 or 5 stars, but the one I found did not match that criteria, for it is 3 stars.
I think I deserve a refund or compensation.

Just not a great well maintained property. Felt the room was very dated. Bed was horrible. Vanity for the suite bathroom was tiny. Room was not to expectation.

Canceled our reservation and switched hotels after finding a cockroach in our room as we walked in. Also, the room was dingy and not what we expected from the photos.
The inside/lobby of the hotel is nice but the rooms are solidly motel quality. The rooms are small, moist, and make you feel like you don’t want to set anything down. Also, for the price, absolutely not worth it. There are much better options in the area for similar price.
Service was super nice though. They were very understanding that we didn’t feel comfortable switching to another room and wanted to leave.

Terrible experience : I am in Honolulu and have experienced one of the most disappointing stays for a brand like Marriott. Tap has no water, sheets are old and dirty, swimming pool is in shreds and lift is smelling like dead animal.
D Andrew The Manager didn’t help us, said he can shift, then said not double bed can do single then said can’t do either we have other commitments. We are also guests who marriott committed to.
Never experienced such a pathetic service.
I complained on insta and X but got a mail from the hotel manager that it was not our fault. They took half baked information from D'Andrew and din't provide any resolution.
The manager, he told me he will shift us then said he is unable to get me a double bed but can get a single bed I said that's fine just change our room. He confirmed and then after some time said No can't do that.
So he did say yes and then declined also stating 'We are committed to other people'
I am as much a guest as others and rectifying for it should be the hotel's job he said Marriott cannot do anything talk to Expedia.
My hotel is marriott, I am standing at the reception, I don't know what Expedia can do.
After that we called multiple times to get the water tap flowing but noone came. Pls check Room 1023, water in the wash basin is low to nil and that's not the kind of service you expect in a Marriott franchise.
The issue is the facility is under construction, staff is rude and complaint is also not heard.
I am putting it out on social media so that others are saved from this kind of behaviour.

Great location. Walkable to beaches and shopping. I’m not much of a “shopper” but for all of you shoppers, there’s plenty of action to be had. The nearby beaches are beautiful. But you already knew that. Dedicated ride share spot to wait for your chariot to whisk you around the island. This property is absolutely doable for your Oahu adventures.

Combined business and pleasure trip. Outstanding service from the staff, both at the front desk and the valet guys. Location is fine: easy walk to all the glitz and hustle and bustle of Waikiki (if that is what you are looking for). Pool is surprisingly nice and quiet, even though it's next to the parking lot and there is no view. As for the rooms, I can only comment on our room: bed was comfortable and everything worked. But there was a musty, stale, almost moldy odor that lasted the entire time we were there. And certainly the rooms and the hallways are in need of a little refresh. We stayed here because of our Marriott status, but unless there are more pleasant rooms than ours (#211) we will probably look elsewhere next time. We definitely should have asked for a new room as soon as we suspected mold infestation. We've been home for over a week now and my wife is still sick!

Our room was on the 12th floor. The room was cosy nice and clean. The AC unit smelled a little musty when it was turned on. They were doing construction on the higher levels and it was very noisy during the day.
The front desk was amazing. Very friendly and nice. They recommended some restaurants which were all amazing choices. They also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could explore more of Waikiki before our flight.

The room is very small. The shower is difficult for tall people to take a shower.

My husband and I and some friends had dinner here and it was incredible! Every one of our meals was delicious..we had salmon, short ribs, and filet mignon which was all done to perfection. The view is incredible!! You can watch the sunset and see the surrounding areas. Just incredible! A must visit when in Honolulu.

The food here is absolutely delicious! And the sunset views are absolutely beautiful! We ordered the steak and salmon along with the spare ribs. All of our meals were cooked to Perfection. We would also recommend ordering the shrimp as an appetizer.
We recommend coming at 5 p.m. or so in order to catch the sunset which is around 6 p.m.

Out of 6 dishes basically two were absolutely amazing. The scallops and the New York steak. The $200 surf and turf was crazy overpriced for what you got. The view was incredible. I did feel a little dizzy at some point if I looked outside too much

Sat at the bat. All of the bar tenders were great. Drinks were all good. They were very attentive and sociable. Food was great, service all around was great. Love the staff. Will definitely recommend and be back.

WORST PF CHANG'S LOCATION EVER AND I'VE BEEN TO MANY!!!! I guess because this location is a major tourist attraction they are okay with being mediocre. You'd think this location would be top notch so tourists don't go back home with a bad taste in their mouth but I guess mediocre service for tourists is acceptable at this location. I feel like I was robbed especially at $15.50 for a plate of fried rice that sucked!! All of our food was wrong and had to be corrected twice and the corrected food wasn't very good either. It definitely wasn't the PF Chang's food I've come to know by visiting a few different locations. To top it off, our waiter almost cheated us 50 dollars. The ticket was for 85 dollars. We put a 50 dollar bill and a credit card inside the book. When he came back, the receipt showed he charged the full amount on the credit card and also kept the 50 dollar bill. When questioned, the waiter said "oh I'm sorry I thought that 50 was a 10 and thought it was my tip." We were extremely disappointed because we love PF Chang's and were hoping that while on our vacation in Hawaii we could have a nice dinner at PF Chang's but I suppose that was asking for too much. ?

Love that PF Chang's offers glutten free but wish they would offer the fried rice as a side dish as well. I like the beef and broccoli with fried rice.
Score is lowest because service was less than expected. Beef and broccoli dish was only half the size I get on the mainland. They didn't offer chop sticks and were very skimpy with white rice on my daughter's order.

We we're welcomed by a not so friendly hostess but once we we're seated I fell in love. Our waiter was so very nice and very attentive. Loved their lo mein noodles and the plates to share! Great prices for the large plates. Would absolutely go again just hope the hostess would be more friendly and inviting! Possible a smile as well.
