The staff was very nice. Management will only allow room cleaning after the 7th day but they do give you refills on any amenities. The pool and hot tub were great after long walks. And the beach is very close. It was also close to the bus stops which we used to tour the whole island. We will always remeber our stay here. Shout out to Tom and Cecilia! They help you with a smile!

Very outdated and musky smelling . Was there a week and one day had to ask for towels twice. The room did its job by allowing us to speep from 10 pm to 430 am but the hallways smell. So we stayed out. Quick distance to the beach and good food and shopping

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it.
The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.

The balcony overlooked the beautiful pool area. Very colorful plants and flowers. 2 blocks from the beack. We were able to cook everything in our kitchenette. The only struggle was, there are only pots; no pans

Staff was super slow even though it wasn’t busy at all…. No nearby parking I had to walk 10 mins everyday for parking … hotel looks outdated. Don’t get the balcony by the street. Super loud in the mornings. Cockroaches everywhere inside my room

The room had really good facilities and was everything i needed. I could cook, make decent coffee and there was decent wifi, tv and laundry facilities available if required. For the price paid this was a really good stay.

The property was was very clean. The service was top notch. The gentleman at the front desk I believe his name was Mike when we first got there was very nice. Lovely was also very kind. She went out of her way one night to bring my wife and I some extra towels. Thank you so much Lovely for showing us that we were important. Godbless you all.

Property looks very pretty but room was dirty.
Waited over two hours to get my room that needed to be clean, when we get the room there were roaches.

The hotel itself was clean and very well located. However, I didn't appreciate having to pay an additional $175 cleaning fee at the end of my stay! Furthermore, upon check-in, they tried to charge me $200 in taxes, despite the booking site (Trip) stating they would only be $30. Very dishonest pricing.

Two conditions gives this McDonald's only 1 star: 1.- Customers chit-chat loudly and management permit them to be disruptive. If you want a quite place to enjoy a meal 'this is not it.' 2.- Third World Countries female employees also shout and yell to communicate with each other, and they treat American customers as "I can do anything I want and you have no recourse."

Not a long queue..Food was excellent..place was clean..friendly staff although there should be more advertising on the outside as I walked past it twice not knowing it was there..Google to find it! :)

It's literally off of wakiki beach, so its very convenient. Food is actually not bad, I forgot to try their spam meal, but other than that I had a pleasant time there the employees are pretty nice and the food was always nice and hot. They don't have bathrooms which I thought was weird, especially since the building looked new. We came here almost every day because it was close to our airbnb.

When they started charging for birthday and and other celebration signs that divers placed in the fish tank that was the first sign that this place was going downhill. Food here was better about 10 years ago.

lots of fun for little kids. they are closed for renovations. nobu bar will be opening up here. the "tanked" guys will be building the new aquarium.

The aquarium is amazing and there are mermaids in the tank in the evening. The food was so delicious that I have been back multiple times. Each night the buffet changes. The breakfast buffet it huge and has an amazing selection of fruit, pastries, hot and cold choices. Wow

The entire restaurant experience revolves around the spectacle of the aquarium. It is very entertaining. They have beautiful women in mermaid outfits that will swim by. Visually memorizing. But based on their food, it's really not worth it.
