This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Hawaii. Because the international flight arrived relatively early, I checked in at the front desk at about 11 o'clock. I met an extremely mean and ****** Asian female front desk. She rolled her eyes and told us that we could only check in at least 3 pm (it doesn't take that long in all four seasons), and her attitude was extremely disdainful. Because I took an eight or nine-hour flight, I really wanted to use the spa to take a shower, but the front desk said there was no locker room available. When I went upstairs, it looked like a public toilet, worse than a university dormitory room, and it was very dirty and disgusting. I gave up and waited until we fell asleep in the hotel lobby, and they didn't notify us that the room was ready. At 2:55 pm, I went to ask if the room was ready. The Asian female front desk rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, there are still 5 minutes before 3 o'clock." I was very angry and was about to complain, but she said she would check it out, and then came out with the key. I don't believe it was not intentional. The room facilities are extremely simple. The overall hygiene is very dirty (there was oil on the floor of the elevator once), and the large reclining sofa is also dirty and disgusting. In short, I will never come again. Just for reference. I suspect the good reviews are fake.

Compared to Marriott, this is a terrible value. It's far from the beach. The price for three nights was what I paid for four nights at Marriott, and it was still a small studio room. There was no service, and the room was very small. It's not a resort-style stay. Avoid it!
