Wow this place has totally gone into the dumps. They no longer have VALET PARKING, and the self parking is $70 a night (insane). All of the pools were so cold we couldn’t even take our kids in them, literally unbelievably cold water. Our 3 year old boy will swim in anything and he wouldn’t go in for more than 3 minutes and turned purple. The “hot tubs” are like warm and so packed with people you can’t even get in. Also they only have 2 hot tubs for the entire property and they both close at 6pm! We’re talking 2 hot tubs for THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of people staying in all of these towers. We didn’t meet 1 staff member that was pleasant except our bellman who we tipped for bringing the bags up (twice because they don’t share tips with the bell desk downstairs). The tvs don’t sync with the new iPhones so you can’t stream anything of your own. The regular TV channels were so choppy and unwatchable, bag signal on both tvs in our room. They don’t have room service! I could go on and on. DON’T STAY HERE!

The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.

It was difficult to secure a reservation, as there weren't many rooms available.

The staff were all friendly, and the surroundings were pleasant, a bit different from the bustling Waikiki area.

I liked it, so next time I visit Hawaii, I'll stay at the Hilton Village.

Traveled with my 2 younger kids and we had an amazing time! Loved the atmosphere, very convenient with a food marketplace downstairs if you want to cook . The shopping centers and restaurants literally 5 mins away. Hardly used the pool because I rented a car and traveled and explored all the beaches. We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The room was excellent! Staff were very friendly. Will be coming back to this hotel.

Top to bottom excellente…they know how represent themselves as an employees well trained n definitely we are coming back. Our first time n we love supporting our locals more power n continue what is aloha n ohana means yo us❤️❤️❤️

Everything was so perfect! The staff was SO KIND! Service was so fast and easy, the hotel was BEAUTIFUL and the room was gorgeous! Me and my family had the best time! Definitely coming back!

Incredible view of the ocean. Could see the Friday fireworks. Comfortable suite. Dining limited. Everything closed early. Hotel staff very helpful. Guest lounge fantastic while waiting for flight after checkout. Showers. Lockers. Everything overly expensive on property.

Room and hotel were beautiful and clean. Very quick walk to the ocean. Parking ******. For the price you should get a spot included. We ended up walking to the marina every night to park but you have to get a spot early.

The pool was much worse than I expected.
The water wasn't very clean and some of the slides were out of service.
The facilities were kept clean and, best of all, I think this is the hotel where Japanese is most commonly spoken.

Gulab jamun was not fresh. Quantity per serving is low. They seem to be running low on staff. We had to wait about 30 minutes and and when finally asked, we realized that they actually forgot about our order.

We visit Bombay Palace about twice a month. I always get a vegetarian option while my husband goes for the meat, lamb is his favorite and he is English so he knows his curry. This is our favorite Indian restaurant on the island.
Service is good and you almost always get seated right away.
My only issue is that the spice level sometimes is low, we like medium and it occasionally comes mild instead. Either way it is always tasty. Highly recommended.
Plus parking in the garage is only $1 with validation.

Very disappointing, grilled shrimps was still cold inside and not grilled at all. Both salads, caprese and cole slaw must have been prepared in bulk, mushy and tasteless. Fries not crispy and also mushy.

The lobster tail, although mildly grilled was fantastic, soft and tasty.

Service was indifferent and slow

Maybe this was an off night or we got the wrong server, I took my son's out for dinner. The waiter continuously addressed my 14 year old son instead of me, maybe I look younger than I am or my son looks mature for his age but it was irritating. Our food was also very delayed but the manager adressed that which was great and she acknowledged me instead of my children... I chalk it up to an off night.

Good service. The drinks were good. Had an old fashioned and one of those tall fruity icy drinks. We went for the 4 course $20 meal set. It was good and filling. Shrimp was food perfectly. Enjoyed the chowder and salad. Dessert was a nice treat to bring home for later & of course we brought home some biscuits!
