The bathroom doors do not stay closed and float open with no way to secure them shut while using the bathroom It needs to be fixed.

this was a one day added after 3 days in Salem Mass to check out the ghosts and witches!!! awesome location that made Boston sites very walkable...hotel was perfect for us!!

Excellent stay at an upscale hotel.
Best location near the harbor which is close to the subway, Quincy Market, good restaurants, ferry sytem and Aquarium. This Marriott is in a safe area where jogging and walking is comfortable. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. No major complaints but the pricing is steep and the resort fee is inconvenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the price. Loved our stay and would like to return to this hotel in the future.

Overall a great experience each time I go. As a Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member, my check in and out process is easy. The reception staff are always nice and accommodating. I appreciate the in wall water filter system too. The in hotel Starbucks is fantastic and the gym has just the right mix of equipment for a meaningful workout. My stays are typically 2-3 days max and filled with active days so there are elements of the hotel that I’ve not taken advantage of, but what I have experienced is fantastic. Long Wharf is my hotel of choice every time I am in Boston.

We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park. They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades. We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade. It is the best hotel room we have ever been in and I highly recommend the splurge! The location of the hotel cannot be surpassed. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey at the front desk. As frequent travelers who regularly stay at upscale hotels like the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, we can confidently say that Jeffrey's service easily surpassed the hospitality we've experienced at most five-star resorts. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made our check-in process seamless and enjoyable. We left feeling valued and appreciated, thanks to Jeffrey's outstanding care. I highly recommend this hotel for both its stunning ambiance and remarkable service!

What a great old building right on Long Wharf in Boston Harbor! The oysters were LARGE and tasty. The food was also great, but they need to lose the kitchy rug and chandeliers.... its sort of like 1780's meets Foxwoods

NYE 2018 drinks and dessert was nice. Was told the day before, when the restaurant called to confirm reservation, that there were window seats that had view of the harbor fireworks. Arrived night of and was then told there are no window seats that have a view of the harbor fireworks. Dissapointed, but close walk to see fireworks out the door. Otherwise, drinks were fine and the Boston Cream Pie (cake) is wonderful.

The food is delicious and very fresh. We had the calamari, which was not the usual but yummy. The lobster roll was outstanding. The appetizer stack of crab, mango and avocado was shareable.

Great service by Kristen, amazing food! Thai shrimp coconut soup and Alaska King Crab !!!! The building is so beautiful. The only reason it's not 5 stars was the valet parking - took forever to get the car parked.

We were english tourists staying at the hotel next door and didn't want to travel to far in the cold so we checked the reviews and we were apprehensive but decided to give it a go... very pleasant greeting and shown directly to a table with no waiting. Joe our waiter quickly sorted our drinks and soon had warm breads on the table, lush... two of us has steak and one of us had fish. All was cooked to perfection and was delicious, couldn't fault anything and would recommend this place to anyone.
