So many great things to say about this hotel. The location on Bryant Park is fantastic. It was so easy to get to many of the locations we were visiting. We also enjoyed a very nice view of Bryant Park from our rooms. We were traveling with our three kids and we were able to get adjoining rooms. They were your typical connecting rooms, but the two rooms had shared entry way which could be separated off and locked from the hallway. The staff were all very friendly when we arrived and engaged the kids in our stay. We would easily stay at The Bryant Park Hotel again. My only critique is that the noises of the city seemed to be a bit louder here than at other hotels. However, they provide earplugs in every bathroom, so they've definitely thought about all of the details.

My favorite place when coming into the city. Located right across from Bryant park. Stunning rooms, comfy beds, beautiful views, the bar downstairs is a vibe. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10.

The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Broadway, Madison Square Garden, Korea Town and yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest.

What really stood out was the level of service — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place where genuine hospitality shines through at every level.

We’ll definitely be returning and recommending The Bryant Park Hotel to anyone visiting NYC. A perfect blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service!

Google recently reminded me that it's one year since a very special 50th birthday trip I spent in New York and DC. For the New York leg, I stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel, which was a fantastic choice because of it's excellent location, close to many of the main sights I wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and the service was second to none. I want to send a shout out to the whole team, but especially Arlette, who made it a memorable stay by being so attentive and helpful. I'm still enjoying the memories one year on, so decided it was finally time to write a well-deserved review! Would highly recommend Bryant Park and it will be my first choice for any future visits.

This was only my second stay at the Bryant Park Hotel, and I was blown away once again. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me by name, making the experience even warmer and more hospitable than my first visit. They truly make you feel like family — a real home away from home.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with great amenities. Beyond the stay itself, the staff went above and beyond with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and even how to enjoy a perfect day in the city on a hot summer afternoon. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it’s become my go-to in New York.

My room was located on the sixth floor, which was adjacent to the restaurant. As soon as you come out of the elevator, you would smell the sewage and when I went into my room, the smell was even much worse.
I went downstairs told the front desk about the smell. They said they look into it. Nothing was ever done when I Explain the situation in the morning at the checkout they said we have never heard about this. We tried to contact you. They had no records of ever contacting me and I never received any information from them.

There’s something about The Bryant Park Hotel that feels like a secret whispered just to you. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place isn’t trying to compete—it’s already won.

The service? Impeccable. Warm without being overbearing. Every person we interacted with was genuine, kind, and thoughtful in a way that feels increasingly rare. The front desk team radiated sunshine. The assistant general manager and manager left such lasting impressions with a few kind words that I won’t forget. The care here isn’t performative—it’s rooted in something real.

But the real magic? Book the Executive Suite that overlooks Bryant Park. Trust me. Waking up to that view feels cinematic. You don’t just see the city—you feel like you’re a part of it. The morning light over the treetops, the quiet hum of life below, and the feeling that you’ve somehow stumbled into your own private New York—unmatched. Bring a book and prepare to relax.

The room itself is beautiful—spacious, elevated, thoughtfully designed. But it’s the feeling it gives you that lingers long after you check out. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels like both an escape and a front-row seat to the city’s heartbeat.

I could say more, but some things are better left discovered. Just go. Stay here. Let the hotel surprise you in ways only it can.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Feels like a converted apartment complex but the renovations are very well done. We stayed in a Bryant Park suite with an amazing view of the park and a huge bathroom. My only complaint is a lifestyle one: no snack area downstairs to get waters, sodas and snacks. Instead they take the route of expensive nuts and alcoholic drinks in the minibar. It’s a slight pain to pay so much money for a room but then have to go wandering around the neighborhood to get a couple of water bottles.

The service was OK, but I started to catch a cold. Later I strongly requested to move to a warmer environment with a good view.

I had brunch here early December. There was no way I can reserve a seat through opentable (indicated there was no availability) so we were there around 11ish. There was maybe 2 people before us waiting to be seated once the place opened. They seated us right next to the Christmas tree - what a treat! Brunch was good - I really enjoyed their assortment of pastries. My glass of rose had something floating in it so they got me a new glass. It was overall a good experience.

Accommodated our request for a table in Garden (for 8 people). The table change was seamless.....food great tasting... served timely... Portions adequate .... Service was white table cloth and linen napkins.... Water and drink refills were serviced without fuss. This was a family celebration dinner, and it could not have been nicer.... Another family member suggested we go to this restaurant and we were glad they did.... We will be back!
We had chicken, pork, fish and steak frites dishes, no complaints.... from anyone!

Amazing place. It was an honor and a privilege being here for our annual Holiday Party with my coworkers. This place for this year’s holiday party was a perfect choice. There’s a large area to dance. The staff is friendly. Food was tasty & delicious. Near to public transportation.

Came here for birthday dinner evening before the parade. Wasn't expecting much as chose for location but was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and was super kid friendly. Will return. Thanks for making my evening special

It's one of those iconic places located in and near other iconic landmarks with it being situated in Bryant Park and right behind the famous New York Public Library. I wanted to try this establishment since it is iconic but I just never got a chance to until until I had a work lunch. Lunch is usually really packed so be sure to make reservations or get there early.

We sat on the rooftop with a nice view of Bryant Park and buildings overwhelming us from above. We ordered a bunch of salads and sandwiches for lunch. The food was standard- the salads were good and sandwiches nicely made. I think you could easily opted for a more economical version at the Wichcraft in Bryant Park, but for the view and atmosphere, Bryant Park Grill is nice.

One of my go-to lunch spots while working in Midtown. There is a great selection and the prices are reasonable. They have a section for hot foods, sushi, and sandwiches. There is also a lunch special everyday which goes for a great price. What is great is that they also have fresh baked goods! They are so delicious. Also they have green tea and black sesame ice cream!

Great spot to satisfy your cravings for Japanese food - they have donburi (rice bowls), pastries, and dessert. It's cheap too, and tasty.
Katsu don is legit; Japanese cheesecake is to kill for, matcha and black sesame soft serve is delicious.

Cute cafe with food and pastry to offer. Food is made fresh everyday. Price is respectable and they have matcha or black sesame ice cream to cool off the summer.
