Clean room and wonderful staff.
One thing missing were snack and beverage choices in the first floor executive lounge. I will return to this Hilton whenever I visit Brooklyn.

The room was fine. However, we were misinformed as to the Valet parking as it related to in and out. We were told that Valet parking didn’t have in and out parking, when the website clearly said it did. Additionally, the towels were cheap and shedding i got piece of cotton all over my body drying off. I recommend they reorder new ones.

Large quiet, clean room with a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of drawers and closet space. The location was great.

Our room was so big and clean and the staff very friendly. My second time staying here and close to subways and lots of foo choices!

Staff was pleasant enough and room was adequately clean and comfortable. I downgraded because our room was not adequately stocked. Booked for 3 people, we were only given two towels the first night. One morning we ran out of toilet paper and had to find a maid in the hall for a new roll. No coffee packets given for our checkout day. Called guest services the night before and packets weren’t delivered until 9 the next morning.

The staff was lovely, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. We would certainly stay again. I do wish housekeeping would have left us a new roll of toilet paper and filled the conditioner when they came in after the first night. Other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean however it was small w an equally small bathroom. This was surprising given that we paid for a double room. The AC worked fine. The bar was disappointing in that it doesn't follow stated hours unless people are present.

Food was delicious and the environment was quiet. Wait staff were timely, overall five stars. Try the hot and sour soup. Yum!

Simply delicious! Very good service and so many options. I tried the Mango Avocado Rolls, Steamed Dumplings and the Singapore-Style Mui Fun paired with Passion-Fruit Iced Tea.
The rolls were too good no time for photo :)

Major case of food poisoning after eating the kale avocado salad here today. My friend had the pumpkin pie gumbo and seems to be OK. I've been hitting the bathroom every 20 minutes for the last 12 hours. Everything else I've eaten lately has been shared with other people so I'm certain I picked it up here...
