Attention everyone! Let me tell you something online travel agents don't want you to know. When booking your stay, use [unclear text] . They easily have the best deals on resorts! Much better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, agoda. Take my word for it!!! The hotel staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The accommodations were very clean! When calling for ice, it was delivered within 5 minutes (4 times during a 4-night stay). Would stay here again if possible. The rooms had furniture from the original seminary. A very nostalgic hotel!

One of my favorite hotels in the city, I've tried most of them. The rooms are so beautiful, and the furniture is stunning. It's also possibly the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. They provide the coziest robes and slippers, and amazing coffee to greet you in the morning. A truly magnificent building in a great neighborhood. Oh, and of course, the staff was fantastic, especially the guys in the cafe.

It's too old. Pets are allowed there, but some houses smell of urine.

The room was freezing when I inquired the front desk staff reported the heat will not be turned on for another couple of days blankets were offered but the temperature was extremely uncomfortable given temperatures were in the 30s outside. Also, When I took a shower the tub did not drain at all

Terrible service. Ridiculously overpriced. They said they would bring bags up to our room but did not. We had to do that ourselves. Bathroom wall paint was peeling. Bath tub drain was not working. Poor front desk service. The lobby bathroom was gross and not serviced. The room rate was as much as the Four Seasons or Plaza but the service was complete trash. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is a total racket. NEVER COMING BACK.

The food and the ambiance here are great, especially the mussels. We love the mussels. The service is decent at best. The only real issue is we have experienced some incredibly rude hostesses there. We had a party of 14 and 13 of us were there early, bought a round of drinks at the bar and they refused to seat us until everyone showed up, then warned us we would lose our reservation even though 99% of us were there 15-20 minutes before the reservation. I like the food here a lot, i need to reiterate that.

Really cool restaurant. The atmosphere was awesome, caught myself having to take a look around because of the great bar, patio, and other lounging areas. The reason I gave this a 1 star was based on the extreme disappointment in the drinks and food I received. Might be a good idea for the restaurant to look for a new head chef.

I really like this restaurant, primarily for the space. It had all these little alcoves and spots to gather, great drinks with a usually a few good taps, good wine list, good cocktails. Mediterranean food is good as well. It's not the best at anything, but a unique place to take friends or visitors, to gather with a group. Lots of space and decent quality and selection.

Beautiful picturesque restaurant with multiple dining areas. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was delicious and the selection from the brunch menu was good and affordable, with options even a vegetarian could enjoy.

This is a gem for Brunch! Probably the best service I've ever had at that time of day. Excellent menu focused around eggs. Great fresh juices and coffee. I love how beautiful this restaurant is from the inside.

It's popular, but if you line up a few minutes before 11am on the weekend, you're almost certain to get a seat with your group. (Everyone needs to be there to be seated though!)
