Unfortunately, our stay at this property has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised on Trip.com.
One of the most serious issues is the staff’s attitude toward dietary requirements. My wife has specific food-related needs, and instead of being treated with understanding and professionalism, we were met with rude, dismissive, and condescending behavior. This is very disrespectful.

In addition:
- The overall service level is poor (except for a couple of staff members)
- The hotel does not match the expectations created by the listing
- The location and general atmosphere are not satisfactory

We loved it! Room was spotless. Very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! Very helpful. The restaurant was lovely. The food was delicious! The location is perfect and everything we wanted to do was walkable. We spent a lovely weekend and will definitely be back!

The staff was wonderful, the room was beautiful but the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding was the very poor quality and the embroidered logo in the middle of the sheets was a weird uncomfortable location. Unfortunately, I barely slept.

Hotel with a great atmosphere in the lobby bar and restaurant.
The staff is very attentive and friendly.
The rooms are very clean and, although not excessively large, well-organized and with a very comfortable bed.
I would recommend upgrading to a superior room if you're staying more than three days.
Very well located, with good restaurants and cafes nearby, and you can easily walk to Soho from the hotel.

Couldn’t fault this hotel, ideal location for exploring and the room itself was chic with classy interiors. Super friendly staff too who were accommodating with late checkout.
Loved the hotel gym and views from the rooftop.

the room was i suppose clean. it was very dark in the room.
only 3 lights so could really only see when it was light outside in room. bathroom lighting fine
also there were no drawers for clothes and i eas there for 4 nights

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy to give recommendations for sightseeing.

Clean and modern

Nice helpful staff

Very close to 2nd Avenue F subway line for easy access to Times Square, Empire State, Rockefeller, Bryant Park, Central Park, MSG areas

Ughhhh! Trendy gross club-like place. A good place for someone who likes listening to mediocre music blasted at them louder than should be humanly tolerable so that they don't have to talk to their friends. Also, it's ridiculous to have one, single occupancy, unisex bathroom in a place this large.

Love the vibe here, romantically lit with a lively atmosphere. The drinks are definitely worth the price. One Long Island Iced Tea was all i needed. We stumbled upon this place while wandering the area and would definitely visit again! The food was very good as well!

Great atmosphere overall, but they need to get a control of their nightlife. It is rampant wth skippers and people greasing bouncers. It is getting a reputation of "douche" bar because of the people that show up. The service is amazing and genuine, but I foresee this bar becoming unpopular because of the lack of quality control.

Had the chicken sandwich, very good. I'm not a slaw person so next time I may have on the side or ask them to hold it. Not to say it wasn't good though. Drinks are well crafted.

Get the Fry Basket it's a huge appetizer at a great price! Good menu choices here and they have a great drink selection. Drink prices are on the high side if you don't catch the brunch specials.
