Everything was lovely, clean, and COMFORTABLE! I love this hotel and it was exactly the location needed. It is close to public transportation and though it is close to Times Square my room was very quiet. I dined at Haven and the prices were reasonable for NYC. The food was good. Do make a reservation.

The breakfast was as basic as you would expect at a bad Holiday Inn (FREE) continental buffet. Fresh coffee (cappuccino or latte, etc) was available at an extra charge. They had a yoghurt and either fruit loops or Cheerios and no granola. For fruit there were some apples and (old) bananas. They did offer hash browns, bacon and scrambled eggs as hot choice.
The location in the rooftop restaurant was very nice and made up for the food. We decided to forgot the $25 voucher and had a fantastic breakfast at the Carnegie Diner on the corner. The food was fresh with plenty of choices and at a great price.

The room was perfect for a family of 3! Comfortable beds and cable tv. The shower was the best part! The rainfall shower head was awesome and the water pressure was the absolute BEST thing after a day of walking the city. All staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful.
The fee that gave us $25 a day food credit would’ve been worth it if the breakfast was good. We’ve had better complimentary breakfast at smaller hotels.
We would still recommend this hotel but hit up the Carnegie Diner at the corner instead.

Staff was nice. We arrived very late due to flight delay and Josh the doorman greeted and helped us with our bags, like it was the middle of the day. It was a warm welcome, after a long day and during a very frigid, late night. Room was nice and hotel was close to everything. Recommend walking a couple blocks to catch ubers, as the street sometimes closes and is one way. Would definitely stay again...want to try the Haven next time!

Artived 10a, asked if we could check.im b4 3p, they said they would call but never did. No one was rude but one got the sense they didn’t care. No big deal.but not 4* hotel service.

Very tidy and well maintained hotel. Nice interior. Bathrobes and cosmetics - good quality. Even make up the remover towel - nice surprise. Unfortunately, the windows are not protecting from noise at all. Breakfast is standard, you can eat outside and use credit for a cocktail instead.

hotel was clean and tidy. Front Desk particularly warm and friendly and hospitable. Hotel was a bit loud/noisy — could hear everything in hallways, lobby, neighborhood, etc.

The hotel is beautiful inside and staff are very friendly. It is easily accessible right next to Times Square and the rooftop bar and restaurant is too cute with an obstructed view of Times Square. If you are wanting to go to New York and stay in a very convenient hotel, this is the one! Highly recommend. They also give you a $35 voucher to use in the rooftop bar and restaurant which is always great

Good Indian foods, little too spice. The restaurant ambience is not that great but the food is good. The price is also okay compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. We went there during our trip to NY and liked eating at this restaurant. I would recommend going to thhis restaurant if you don't mind spice food.

Horrible, unprofessional, and liar people work here! The food I ordered looked like leftover and smelled meat since I don't eat any meat that was unacceptable to me. I want the food changed to fresh food or my money back but the guy lied about the money I gave him. They took some of my money and no replacement food. I hope they do not give that food to someone.

It's okay if you're craving Indian food and this is the closest place to go to. But if you really want Indian food and love Indian food or want to try Indian food for the first time. Don't visit this place, find some other place in mid town.

Excellent food and service. Our food was at our table less than 10 minutes after we ordered. All the servers were nice. Our water glasses never had the chance to get empty because the water server was consistently checking on us. Absolutely impeccable service! You MUST try the pumpkin ravioli. Very close to the theater district, so it is the perfect pre-show meal.

Went there for the first time. Horrible service. The employee was busy talking with someone, did not even care to help. Was empty when I went in. and no one behind me,was rushing me select my choices. And then immediately emptied into the plastic box. After asked him to chop the salad, he told I should asked when I started. Did it half halfheartedly. Food wise you can add lot of choices for free, they looked pale and old food. Would not go back and would not recommend. They trying to compete with Chop'It next door and I prefer Chop'It for the food and service. No wonder they are empty.
