Very good location with 2 very nice restaurant beside , hotel is very clean n not area not noisy , walk 8 mins to Times Square , as I have late flight , hotel is great to accommodate me till 130pm for late check out . Best hotel imo..

It's a five-minute walk to Central Park and fifteen minutes to Times Square. There's a subway station across the street and a supermarket. There are several breakfast shops nearby. The room is a decent size. There are slippers but no mouthwash cup. The quilt is too thick and I sweated from the heat. The service is okay.

Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room. The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!

The room is quite big, but the king-size bed and sofa are not suitable for family travel, so you still need to book a twin room. The bathroom is very small, unlike a five-star hotel, and the facilities are just ordinary, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is surrounded by Fifth Avenue and various commercial streets. There are many restaurants around, and there are many people. Good restaurants need to be booked.

Amazing location. Rooms were spacious. Beds on small side but comfy. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. The only cons: room had a musty smell and if you tell a 10 yr old you are going to send her something for her birthday, follow through! She was super excited when the front desk said they wanted to celebrate her birthday at check in and then super disappointed when they never followed through. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I decided to spend the Thanksgiving holiday in the city. Some catch up time at a prime location close to all the attractions, the parade, and great restaurants. As an Elite member, check in was a breeze. I recommend downloading the app for quick access to updates regarding your reservation. We were accommodated on the 19th floor in a king room. The room smelled clean, was spacious and was equipped with all the necessities. We had ample towels, robes, slippers, a Nespresso, and complimentary bottles of water. We dined at the Burger Joint hidden behind a red curtain just past the lobby. A no frills solid burger joint. We mostly dined out but did enjoy a night in with room service on our last day. Room service was promptly delivered. Throughout our stay, the staff from front desk, concierge, and room service were all extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Can I just say holy f. The burgers here are worth the wait. Though my husband and I visited late at night so we didn’t wait at all. Simple menu, no bs froufrou. Delicious food, nice people making it, and a fun charming atmosphere. Definitely a must check out.

Although you can have a NY dinner experience it is the most overpriced place in the most over priced City. $22 for a hot dog? C'mon man! I'm willing to indulge some places just because. This isn't one of. If on the other hand you like being crammed into a tight, noisy space to get mediocre, expensive food, this is your place. The only thing it had going for it is location. Enjoy.

Service was amazing and the food was great, also one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 AM near Park Central Hotel. But when they say "The Finer Diner" they certainly do mean it. Expect to pay about $20.00 per person (~$55.00 for 2 people).

Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.

Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take out...which I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.

Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.

Really good Chinese food. Go for the soup dumplings!

How to eat:
Place dumpling on spoon
Bite top and suck the broth out
And eat

We also shared 2 dishes, 1 shrimp and 1 beef. Both were amazing and we gobbled it all up.

Next time I go, I'm going to try some spare ribs. Saw others eating and I had food envy.

Worth checking out. Original location is in Chinatown, but this location in midtown was much more convenient.

I've tried to go to this place 3 times and the wait is always over an hour. Finally pulled up and got seated right away. The food was great and the service was very fast. They could throw a few more veggie options on there, but it is very vegetarian friendly.

The waiters are speedy and compliant. I think they upgraded their soup dumplings because it tasted better than the last time I came here. Their fried rice is also really tasty. I think my favorite is the crab dumplings. Usually there's at least a 10 min wait, always crowded.

I didn’t realize this was the same one as the tourist trap in china town- my bad. Unfortunately it is and this midtown location isn’t much better. Their $17 sesame chicken consisted of maybe 6 jumbo chunks maybe equivalent to one chicken breast of chicken, heavily breaded and literally half the container was steamed frozen broccoli. Ugggg. What a complete rip-off. I see in the other pics now they purposely build up their dishes to look like there is more food than you’re really getting, paying for. The soup dumplings were pretty standard but I don’t care for the leaf they place underneath. It makes the dumpling wrap soggy on the bottom and the dumplings absorb that odd leafy taste. Very underwhelming and much better options around. Doubt I’ll ever order from here again.
