It was clean, spacious and the service was friendly.

The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been a portable fan in my room, or if the fan in the room could be set to stay on, and also a microwave to heat up my left over meal at 3 in the morning!

This place is loud during the weekends, and it should be. I was offered a quieter room if requested, but I didn't come to Austin Texas for a quiet room. Never made it down for breakfast, so can't comment on that

The room was very clean and nice location

To summarize it just what you would expect from AC. The check in was ok, I just wish I was told about the hotel, what it has to offer. The room was as clean as you would expect it to be

Beds were comfy, View was Amazing, easy access to major Hwy, and nearby restaurants and Convenience store. Property is Beautiful!

We came here as a team for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect place for the kids to have some fun between game days at the pool, watch a movie out on the patio and even got to rent the media room for a Wii tournament!

Great pillows, great bathroom with monsoon shower heads, and large showers with no nasty shower curtains. Great staff, great location, great pool. The exercise room is drool worthy

On our way back down, we stopped at the outdoor patio by the pool and saw this enormous geode. This hotel gets an A++++ for decor and vibes!!

This experience has been the best hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I checked in Avery at the front desk provided amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed. Her customer service was very accommodating

The "Breakfast Credits" were an interesting way to approach it, but I may prefer this to the same, questionable breakfasts at nearby, and nearly all hotels with breakfast included. Great, regular ALoft experience.

Kieth was a Waldorf Astoria level of customer service, kind enough to help arrange not only our room but also gave great advice for our plans for the night we stayed

It was clean, great customer service, had awesome amenities for the price, a nice gym and outdoor area and indoor area

I loved the food section that is 24 hrs if you need a late night snack or refreshments and breakfast open in the morning. We will for sure be back to this location and are open to try other Alofts in other cities

The location is great for bars nearby. The service at the hotel was very good, all hours of the night. I had a terrible experience with a neighboring room (alarm going off for hours starting at 3am)

My husband and I had a wonderful sray. Went walking on lady bird lake and got see so much of nature. Thank you for a wonderful and safe place to stay. Clean quite and relaxing.

It was a really nice hotel and with a beautiful view in the morning

Everything we wanted to visit was less than 10 minutes away and very cheap to take an Uber or Lyft to downtown

This hotel is convenient to Town Lake located along I 35. Unfortunately room location was terrible. I had a view of the garage wall and traffic noise off I 35.   Truck and motorcycles are very loud

We tipped them on our first night, and each night thereafter they didn't take the garbage, change the sheets, nor bring new towels. We stayed for 5 nights, so that's fairly gross

Got room at a discount with price line yet was still very much so full service paid for the valet service which was absolutely necessary with the craziness of downtown Austin, yet wad completely worth it! The breakfast was delicious. I really like the style of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was super clean. I might recommend to fix some old items we can find if such as the desk chair.

The fitness center is pretty good, well equipped and the swimming pool was nice

The hotel is centrally located to 6th Street. The staff was awesome and they even charged my hybrid car after I checked it in with the valet. We also checked out the gym and the hot tub and they were both great

They accommodated us even on a very busy weekend—The Texas Book Fair! The bed was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful

Everything was perfect, Rachel at the front desk was very nice and welcoming during the check in process and recognized my status as a Hilton Honors member which was nice since she’s the first one to mention it and I’ve been an honors member for two years

Our AC was broken, but the staff moved us as soon as we brought it to their attention with no trouble. Great stay

Great experience but be warned breakfast is not included and you will be charged $80 per day for parking that is not mentioned until you arrive.

Finally the hotel’s breakfast was not open for several days, with no prior warning. Our rooms were clean and well kept, it was just the general management and infrastructure of the hotel that irritated us

Advertised as having a “breakfast buffet” but there wasn’t one. Just a restaurant where you can order/pay for breakfast. Generic bottles of water were $7. Parking overnight $68. Will never book again.

We really love the court yard with the pool, fire pits and outdoor seating and the beautiful balconies overlooking it. This is one of the coolest hotels in the area

If you are looking for a nice practical hotel in a walkable location this one is for you. It is more retro than fancy, but a great vibe for Austin. The staff was great and loved the free Lone Star at check-in.

Check-in we were offered water and root beer. The fire pits were going which was perfect as the first cold night came in the night before. There were s’more kits available too. The shopping area was convenient

It smelled good, not musty like a competitors hotel nearby. The price was also better than the competitor. It was recently remodled, and the glass doors in the shower would not stay closed and were installed incorrectly

You dont need an access card to get in, just simply push down on the lever and pull. The sign on the 3rd floor laundry room says "Ice" but there isnt any. You have to go to the first floor for ice

Breakfast was better than I expected. Waffles, sausage, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, coffee and juices. I can put up with a few annoyances when the price is right

The toilet seat needed to be tightened as it was loose. Next time, get soft-close, nobody likes it when the seat gets dropped and bangs. There was no toilet paper holder

We stayed in the spring suite at this wonderful hotel. The staff is always amazing! The spring suite has a beautiful screened in porch on the upper floors

Finally, one area of the hotel was dark (there are outdoor, entry units) and we had to fight the dark areas and very dark steps required to get to our room

We complained 3 consecutive days but all were were told is it is a “programming issue” that is being worked on

The staff were all very attentive to my needs. There were some maintenance issues in the bedroom shower flooring. Cracked shower entry and floor.

This room, 212 is in the back, seems quiet enough, cant really hear the interstate traffic. Front desk staff very professional, quick check in and even a phone call to my room to check that everything was to my liking

As usual the room was amazing! What makes us go back over and over to the La Quinta on Oltorf in Austin,Tx is the friendly welcoming staff

Everything was very intentionally done and clear to use (I. the board outlining all the amenities). The overall grounds are really nice with a pool, coffee shop, and a place to eat

Stayed here for a “staycation” weekend and had a nice time. The rooms are pretty standard and small but everything is redone / new (especially the bathrooms). The room also has a nice patio

We loved the plant aesthetic! The service was great too and when we told them about a small issue in our room, they not only corrected it quickly but also comped a night of parking

A cheap priced hotel the only saving grace is the location as the hotel itself is in poor condition, dirty walls, leftover items in the room and unusable facilities like the pool!

Austin friends stay The location of this hotel is good. I was disappointed from a long day to come in and notice the room had not been cleaned nor towels replaced. No Usb connections, so bring you electric plug in to use

We got a nonsmoking room and the floor I was on still smelled like smoke. The room was clean and basic amenities. I did not have much interaction with staff besides asking for more towels

The room and public areas were very clean and inviting. However there is a loud noise from outside that makes sleeping difficult. It sounds like construction, although we saw no construction in the area

We enjoyed staying here for the night. There are only 2 things I would change: The pillows were too flat, and I wish there was more variety for breakfast (more fruit, jams, and biscuits)

For a very seasoned traveler used to luxe accommodations and first class service- this isn’t the hotel to stay at, rather it’s a place to visit for the porch, common areas, bar and restaurant

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Carpets are quite dirty in the hallways. Reception wasn’t rude but also wasn’t super welcoming either.

Room and staff were good. Parking was efficient but too expensive and separate billing meant more paperwork. Hotel was helpful when needed.

Basic rooms are pretty small, but overall designed efficiently and fit the theme. Hotels with character are my preference over big corporate chains, and I'd stay here again when visiting Austin

What stood out- the grounds are gorgeous. They left water in a cute carafe and nuts on coffee table after cleaning. What didn’t stand out- hot water in shower only lasted 2 minutes or so
