Our room was spacious & very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
There was a great variety of breakfast foods & they were very good at bringing fresh food out as it got low.
Room was perfect. Very nice shower! Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Will stay here again!
It smelled good, not musty like a competitors hotel nearby. The price was also better than the competitor. It was recently remodled, and the glass doors in the shower would not stay closed and were installed incorrectly
You dont need an access card to get in, just simply push down on the lever and pull. The sign on the 3rd floor laundry room says "Ice" but there isnt any. You have to go to the first floor for ice
Breakfast was better than I expected. Waffles, sausage, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, coffee and juices. I can put up with a few annoyances when the price is right
The toilet seat needed to be tightened as it was loose. Next time, get soft-close, nobody likes it when the seat gets dropped and bangs. There was no toilet paper holder

Great view of pool from large terrace. City street noise was not an issue from our position. Restaurant cafe was delicious
The entire experience was great! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bar was comfortable, trendy, and had great specialty cocktails. The design and style of the lobby and rooms is warm and comfortable
The hotel staff did not know this, but upgraded me upon my arrival to the Milton suite which was the most magnificent hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! It made my state that much more memorable and special
The area is safe with lots of restaurants, shops, bars, all within walking distance. Even the walk to the river was within reach. We would definitely consider staying here again
can't beat it, the only thing would be to improve, water temp in shower was chilly esp with open door. thank you for having a cool bar to relax at and good coffee in the am
They do have self parking in the garage below but thought $45 dollars was a bit on the pricy side. There is paid street parking available that you can pay from your phone
There were a few service and comfort details, however, that didn’t fully align with the premium experience we anticipated: no luggage assistance during arrival or departure, poolside service wasn’t available, and amenities like the mini-fridge and toiletries weren’t consistently replenished
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Incredible stay in one of the poolside bungalows
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Only complaint is that the pool was too cold. It didn’t stop me from swimming but it would have been much more enjoyable if warm
Small things like parking logistics and some wear on the interior pool flooring were also noticeable considering the luxury price point
What an awesome little hotel! Very cool decor, nice room, amazing staff!!! It felt very unique and provided that experience I was hoping for.
great staff.....great room, well stocked except for the vodka...someone refilled with water so when I went for a drink. Nice area.

Stay was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. No strange smells. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only negative I would say (personally because people were throwing down) was that the breakfast was not good at all.
Room was clean, breakfast was a little sparce, but this hotel is a very good deal for the price!
I'm staying here from California for the F1 race, I didn't have to pay for the room so based on just my experience! the rooms are a 5/10 nothing special, the pool is sketchy I thought about swimming but better minds prevailed, the service is ok the staff is nice and friendly! Breakfast from 6 to 9 is free and not that far a walk from many restaurants!
Hotel was great value, good simple breakfast. The gym was average and machines not working …. The rest was good, great for a quick stay
Twin bed rooms have full size beds, not queen. Bedding was clean, carpet looked recent although there was a lot of white hair on it. Bathroom was clean and towels were clean
excellent service and attitude for all people there, specially Ana the manager.
Definitely a different hotel from standard downtown. Fits Austin well! Oriented to outside living (bar, pool, restaurant, etc. ) so not so great in January when we visited, but likely good other times of the year
This hotel is a well-kept secret, a true delight and well-priced. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was decorated very much like in Dwell Magazine. Nice thick towels, modern bathroom and comfy bed
It's unassuming from the street but once inside the view down from the rooms to the pool is lovely. They're working on bringing their rooftop bar back into service
Cute ambiance and very photogenic atmosphere. Pool was too cold and needed cleaning. Did not see any maintenance done with it during our entire stay
Sun only reaches a small portion of the pool area for less than 3 hours in the afternoon
Each Christmas when I visit my brother's family in Austin I try different hotels. This was the best in the past 7 years!I'm on a budget and was surprised by how nice East Austin Hotel was for the money

Granted there are some things in the room itself are slightly outdated and broken (our guest bathroom door is difficult to close and the handle is tilted sideways, our bedroom tv cannot turn off lol, and the rollaway bed mattress had some concerns) - but I do not want to point any fault to the staff because they are truly awesome
Room was only partially serviced, towels were restocked but bed was not made
This hotel honestly made my weekend for my SIL's wedding very convenient and the staff are super accommodating! I really want to give a shout out to Christian for truly helping me, my husband and brother in law's hotel in order especially for the quick mattress change
We are only 20 min from downtown austin, 15 min away from round rock where my SIL, and only 25 min away from the venue at Manor! I even found some hidden food gems around the area which is a huge plus because I love food lol
Overall, this area is a great place and I think you'll enjoy your stay. I will say the hotel should check some rooms because some might have concerns that may need attention such as the examples mentioned above
I returned to Courtyard to work on a new travel itinerary unannounced and without a reservation, and was welcomed back and provided a lobby, WiFi, and resources to plan my next step

I spent 5 nights there, and beside a flickering light in my room, the service was really good, nothing to complain about.
It's a rough looking hotel and the room is a little rough around the edges but it's decent enough for a quick stay. Good A/C, wifi, fridge and microwave in the room. The lighting in the room is dim
I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn. The staff members were courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The room was really clean and organized, and I was able to relax from my trip
The breakfast can use some improvement. But I wasn't too bothered since there were eateries and a mart 14 mins walking distance from the Inn
wouldn’t stay here again just because of how unsafe i felt! it’s also very loud at night from traffic, sirens and construction! it’s only conveniently located close to my event, and other great restaurants and attractions
My only complaint was the stiff door that I have to push hard to open and slam shut to make sure it closes right. The best part is it's near downtown and a quicker drive. Highway close by but i cant hear the traffic
The room was spacious and clean. The fact that there were two washbasins was convenient for families. However, the shower temperature was hard to adjust, which was a pain
The room was dark and kinda musty. The way the hotel is set up make it very loud in the rooms. A flimsy french door will not block out any hallway and lobby sound. Not to mention weord plumbing noises in the walls
The indoor pool and hot tub were actually in a large open room, so it wasn't humid or overwhelming chlorine smell. Free breakfast with real eggs, not powder. And they have a fresh omelet grill! Will definitely go back!
Our room was cleaned the first full day but the next 2 days they put folded towels on the couch, didn't make the beds, didnt take our wet towels, didnt give us new trash bags ect
We were disappointed that there were no pool towels at the pool and the jets in the hot tub were not working. We really liked this hotel and would stay there again, hopefully the hot tub will be fixed
We liked the room very much because it was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the snacks, they hit the spot

Saturday morning I requested to clean my room or at least give me new towels before the end of the day. That was not done either! So went back down to request towels, I did finally get towels
Both times I was asked if I left the don't disturb sign on door and my response was NO! Room should have been cleaned once and I would have gotten towels! Otherwise was stay was average
Weekend visit to celebrate friend birthday. Valet parking a little expensive but attendee was most helpful, professional and friendly. Room was clean with exception of shower. Found hair on wall and dirt on caddy shelf
Free snacks were plenty but one was stale. Breakfast was very good and attendees kept area clean and were very attentive. Even with these noted issues, my stay was wonderful and rate this hotel excellent
The corners were a bit dust and a towel had a small make up stain
Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable and very quiet—hardly heard any noise from other rooms and nothing from the outside.

TV is OK, but you have to have your own Netflix account and either sign in or set up a new account in order to watch. Streaming services are limited and you have to have your own account
Great Experienc
Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were nice at check in and it was a very smooth process. Rooms had a really nice kitchenette and the breakfast had a good variety
We stayed two weeks in this hotel as our house was being remodeled. It is a quiet, clean, safe place with good service. Covered parking available and pets allowed for a fee
It was so wonderful experienced. We really liked the bed there. It’s so comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that has a variety of selection and we enjoyed the big breakfast are there.
Instead, it is very easily accessed from Kramer Ln (from the Soccer Stadium or the Domain going east on Braker Ln, turn right onto Kramer, immediate left into the parking lot)
It was a great location for us, near the Domain shopping center, lots of restaurants, and Baylor, Scott and White cardiology clinic, where I had several appointments

The hotel was quiet, in a nice area, and offered many amenities, such as a decent breakfast, fitness center and pool area. Just be aware, the "free" parking as listed under the amenities isn't free
Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. People are cordial and welcoming. Only complaint is about cleanliness, there were several strains on the couches and floor carpet which cloud be cleaned and kept hygienic
Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working
Great for long term stay
Great 6 night stay! Comfy bed and super convenient and clean kitchen setup with dishes and utensils. Location was also very convenient, close to freeway.
But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended
The room was spotless. Hotel was quiet, location very conveniently located.
The only "problem" which wasn't really a problem is the hotel is next to some ongoing construction (which is not their fault of course) otherwise it is a food place to stay
The security guard is very on top of it and I feel very safe when staying here
Very friendly front desk, staff and a nice neat, clean room!
It is a Motel 6, so, not glamorous. However, the grounds and room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. If you just need a comfy place to rest, it's just fine
Evelyn you are very sweet.. Great service booked us in fast.. quickly found me a remote for my room somehow it was missing ..Overall Great Stay ..kind housekeepers
There was coffee in the office and it was fresh. Our room faced the freeway, and I was concerned about the noise, but it was not a problem

I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off
Staff was nice enough, room was clean, but there were empty soap bottles. Fix the elevator pretty quick too. Breakfast was great! Need to stock pool towels, but other than that great stay. Bring back the swans!
clean comfortable and close to our reasons for being there. Excellent breakfast. Front desk personnel, especially the evening lady were spot on.
My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!
They had short-order cooks making breakfast just the way you ordered it. Lots of bacon and sausage on the plate.
Staff did not make any effort to ensure the carts were available. Additionally when i asked for a water stay the front desk they said they were out despite having a case of water right next to her

The room is large and clean. The service staff are polite and enthusiastic.
The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy.
Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but overall it's OK
This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean and spacious. But the breakfast was the best
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and served our needs. Great breakfast. The hotel was in a great location and near The Domain. Definitely, would stay there again and recommend to others.
Everything was excellent except for the cleaning. In 5 days that we stayed at the hotel, they cleaned our room just once. We had to clean it for ourselves and do our beds the rest of the days we spent there
Second time staying here. The fromt desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast had sufficient options. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.
wonderful place. Clean, classy, quiet, staff friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was awesome.

This is a great place to stay in Austin, especially for the price. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. It's right off the frontage road to the highway and easy to find and get to
They were out of sodas and ice when I was there, but that was hopefully a one-time situation. The staff was gracious with the extra towels when I had to extend my stay
Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. For being so inexpensive you can’t ask for much more than that.
I sure did enjoy my stay. Loved the big bed, clean neat room. Washer and dryer for my convenience. Im glad my dog got to stay with me. Front desk was helpful. I would definitely stay again.
This was not the cleanest(kinda smelly)place by far. However it was super cheap and near downtown. It’s mainly for travelers that want a cheap stay. In that regard I give it a five.
When I was outside walking my dog there was a security guard walking in the parking lot and I felt extremely safe ! Very nice room and will be back if we come back to Austin

Pool didn't have towels for two of the three days we were there
The A/C was cold, WiFi worked good, service was great. The room was very nice, bathroom not quite as nice as the main room but very acceptable. Excellent value for the money and would not hesitate to stay here again
Location was very easy to find. Had a very nice swimming area and breakfast area. The meeting room my husband and I were in was appropriate for the amount of people that attended. Great place for small meetings
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, roomy shower, and free breakfast. Better than many of the other places we've stayed at recently. No complaints here!
While the hotel was under construction for re-modeling, there was no work done at night and we stayed in the wing that appeared remodeled with new furniture and fixtures
We arrived in the evening and left early the next morning for an early airport departure
Good location with a Dennys next door. The TV was good. A roll of toilet paper was dirty, the housekeeper did not clean the room when we returned later that night. Towels could have been cleaner.
Stayed at the Motel 6, for a few days while remodeling a house I own, and the experience was great. AC was extremely cold, and I slept like a baby. With a Denny's around 30 yards from my room, I was happy
Again, the room was very clean, last time I stayed at the red roof and the room was smelly and the a/c didn’t work great. Surprisingly a great experience!
For the price what else do you expect but the rooms are ok the floor was dirty looks like the did not cleaned in days but we found some cockroaches.
Rooms are ok for the price. Super friendly and helpful staff. I visited Starbase and it's one of the closest hotels.
It’s an inexpensive motel but surprisingly clean!!!! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful

Overall, the entire stay was actually really great for me, and I ended up really happy that this stay made me change my perception of the quality of Motel 6 locations
Very convenient with excellent accommodations. The process was fast and efficient for anyone and I would highly reconsider returning at this location frequently.
The room is extremely comfortable. The swimming pool water temperature was just right, the staff was responsive to requests. Overall, very enjoyable stay.
Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and bedding clean. My only kinda complaint there was no refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker nor any drawers
I really liked the location where the motel 6 was located. It was close to the center of Austin. The room was cleaned daily and it was a good size. I also liked the price for the days that I stayed there.
And as an Extended Stay they would have been helpful. But other than that I thought everything was great
Hotel is a good place to stay in that location. A little rundown with the couch being sunken in and the chairs in the breakfast area peeling off. No daily room service so you have to ask for supplies and towels
I was staying here during the week and then go back to san antonio Saturday night and Sunday night for 2 weeks with no problems and my third week i had a reservation that I called the day before to push it back a day I talked to a young man named keagen who says its all good and push back my reservation so here comes Tuesday before I check in they charged me two 79
This hotel was very clean, and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were two TVs in the room - win! The staff was very nice and welcoming during my stay.
Nice clean place with nice people that work here nick handled it. Just dont cancel a reservation and try n push the reservation back one day cause of a snow storm n then you will be fine
The property and its staff are nice, especially for how affordable it is. It’s convenient to the airport but kind of difficult to get anywhere else if you’re not renting a car. Ubers are always available though!
93 for the week stay so then I check in for the week and then Jeremy charges my card for the week and another 70 for whatever reason and another 359 for the week
We ourselves took matters into our own hands and found the lobby bathrooms and got the towel wet, washed off my son, and washed the interior seat. To reaffirm, your associate is a reflection of Comfort Suites
Coming into the hotel lobby, we politely asked the associate for a towel or two to clean him up. I showed him the amount of soda water that was all over my son, and politely asked again for some wet towels
again, I asked politely for a cleaning towel for my soaked son, as well as soaked car. He relented and gave us a dry towel, but only after grimacing
He didn't seem to want to help at all, and retorted with, "We do not have any towels. " I said, well this is a hotel, so I know you have towels
Property was exactly what we needed. Clean and safe, plenty of restaurants and grocery near by. The elevator made some loud creaky, struggle noises. Its an older location so not surprised plus it was very affordable
The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue I had was the water in the shower didnt get very hot but overall it was a great stay for the price.
